May 27, 2022 I checked into United Recovery Project. My blood alcohol content I was told was ****. I signed paperwork in this condition that I later requested numerous times to have a copy of and was told I would receive it when I finished the program. Upon finishing the program 42 days later I still havent received any paperwork. The company falsely advertised the facility I would be residing in and half way through the program moved me into a different location where there was no medical supervision which was promised. There were also many HIPPA violations. As picture shows, medications out for other clients to see and non medical staff looking at meds. Was also not given medical attention promptly that was needed due to an ear infection and hearing loss I suffered while being a patient there. Medical conversations about my diagnosiss were held in common areas where other clients and non medical staff could hear. In the medical room, patient information, lab findings and diagnostic information left out in the open with identifying names for everyone to see. Treated poorly physically and mentally during stay there. Was promised therapy with a licensed therapist that did not take place as often as they advertise.
