Date of transaction was March 20 and 21, 2025.This is a security service I hired to work at hotels for 2 schools/2nights on their senior trips to ************I have copies of the checks I sent to Fast Guard Service and the ***** receipts.The 4 guards never did show up at the schools on the nights for which they were paid.I have called and written letters which included copies of everything.I was promised a refund, but they just keep telling me to check with their "refund department."Of course there is no such thing! Thank you for bringing this to my attention; After reviewing the file we confirmed that guards did show up on the second night but there was an issue on the first night of coverage but the guards did show up for the second night of service resulting in a partial refund listed (after your transaction ******; Credit note created for $750.00 from invoice INV-******; with a note sent to customer credit due for 1st day of ************************. The email was sent out to you for your records; Fast Guard Service also offered to provide a guard for any other services that you may have had in the coming weeks. We apologize for the misunderstanding and a check will be mailed to you for the balance this coming Monday 7/28/25.

I am rejecting this response because: I never received any "credit" from Fast Guard. How do I find that and what is it? Fast Guard says 2 guards did show up for work on the second night but I NEVER saw them. As I said, the man I saw in the lobby of one of the hotels had on a dirty shirt with letters ironed on it that said SECURITY. The contract was for 4 guards, 2 guards at each hotel. If they want to count the one guard I saw, then they still owe the schools for the other one and the second school!

Fast Guard is ignoring the fact that there were supposed to be FOUR guards each night, 2 per school. There were NO GUARDS on the first night and as I stated earlier, I saw one guard in the lobby of one hotel, but the school principal advised me that no guards came to the second school for the second night. I'll give them credit for the ONE GUARD I saw in the t-shirt, but that was certainly not what we paid for. Should I send all the paperwork/contracts?Thank you.Business Response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We had a full communication with the client on this matter and a refund of $750 was issued to the client in 2 form of check one for each school in the amount of $375 for the no show of 1 guard per location per school.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I NEVER received any checks from Fast Guard. Can they please produce copies of these payments. Also, they were contracted to provide us with 2 guards for each 2 schools for 2 nights. That would be 8 guards. They say they provided us with 2 guards, NO MORE! Therefore if we divide the $1500 by 8 guards that would be $187.50 per guard. They admit they only provided 2 guards and we will give them that even though I never saw the second guard. $1500 paid by schools - 2 guards showed up X $187.50 each =$375 credit. School checks for $1500 -$375 credit for 2 guards means $1125 this company still owes my schools. Again, please ask them to send copies of their checks. Thank you.

We hired 2 guards for June *****, 2025 from Fast Guard for our location in ***********, **. The 2 guards showed up late on Wednesday, June 25 and Thursday, June 26, but did not show up at all on Friday June 27, 2025. Upon calling Fast Guard, we were informed that there the guards had car trouble. At no time did anyone call to communicate this to us. We had to call Fast Guard multiple times to get any updates on rather they would send out another guard or not. We finally gave us and asked for a refund for security service for Friday night June 27, 2025. We told them this over the phone on Friday night, and we sent an email on Monday June 30, 2025 in which the email was opened and read by at least 2 employees. Since this time we have not heard from anyone at Fast Guard. We would like a refund for the 1st guard service from Invoice ****** for the 5 hours at $29.50 per hour which is $147.50 We would also like a refund from the 2nd guard service from invoice ****** for the 5 hours at $29.50 per hour which is $147.50. On 9/8/2023, I requested bodyguard services and paid the amount of $621.00. They were not able to fulfill the request. However, I have been trying to get a refund from them and the attempts have been unsuccessful. This company is a scam.Business Response

Called company and hired two security guards for three Friday nights. Paid company $1863.00 for the guard service. Guards never showed. Numerous attempts calling company and was told "we will look into it and call you back" Never got any call back or response.Business Response

I hired this security service for Dec 4, for personal protection for a court sanctioned obtaining of personal property in Shelby ********* **. I paid $ ****** ahead of time for a half day of protection. For ~5 days prior to contracted service (invoice # ****** dated 11/28/22) I called Fast Guard Service every day to ask why I had not been called by the guard assigned to me. Each time I was told it was arranged and they would have the guard call me right away. The night before I called around 4 pm, and told they would look in to it and call me right back. They did not. Finally reaching someone at 9:30 pm, they admitted to a scheduling error, but there would be someone would be at the address in the morning. When I arrived at the location the next morning at 9 am, there was no guard. All the other people hired were there including a videographer, movers, packers, and a court appointed officer. While organizing all these people I received a phone call saying the guard was there waiting for me since 8:30. I asked each of the people I hired if they had seen the supposed guard and they had not. I checked all the parked vehicles, and there was no one else there. I did not have the time to argue with this phone call from an annoyed security service telling me someone was there but who obviously went to the wrong place, and had to hang up. I was in a volatile situation but fortunately the court was able to send an officer there for protection. After everything was completed that day I called the toll free number saying I wanted a refund for the service not rendered. Since then I have now made a half dozen calls and get the same run around. The sales force checks the invoice number and says I have to deal with accounting, but they are not allowed to transfer anyone to accounting, and can only take a message to call me back. I have been calling every couple of days and never received the promised call back. I want a refund for the $****** I paid up front.Business Response

Pre-paid for security services and signed a contract for this company to provide us with security for an event. The day of the event, no one showed up. Contacts are unresponsive in my attempts to request a refund for a lack of services provided.Business Response
