      I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with *********************************** from Keyes Realty ******** to sell my house, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the entire process was plagued with incompetence, unprofessionalism, and blatant disregard for my concerns.Furthermore, ********** misrepresentation of her company's services was deeply disappointing. Despite assurances of effective marketing strategies, my property remained virtually invisible on the market. The *** listing was inadequate, failing to highlight the unique features of my home and ultimately deterring potential buyers.Additionally, ********** invasive behavior crossed the line of professionalism. She insisted on having me pack my belongings unnecessarily and even made discriminatory remarks about my personal life. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on both ******** as an individual and Keyes Realty as a company.The stress and frustration caused by this entire ordeal were so severe that I was eventually hospitalized, a direct result of ********** incompetence and lack of regard for my well-being. It is unacceptable that a professional in the real estate industry could be so negligent and callous towards their clients. In conclusion, my experience with ******** and Keyes Realty ******** was a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with them to proceed cautiously. Save yourself the headache and find a realtor who values professionalism, communication, and respect for their clients. I have been asking for an unconditional release and cancellation of the contract to no avail.
