Thank you for filing this review. Your feedback is important to us. At FirstService Residential we value our culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are committed to our customers, association board members, communities, and residents. FirstService Residential takes direction from the association’s board of directors, which includes maintenance issues. In this instance, rather than notifying the association of the maintenance issue and filing a work order request so the association could handle the repair, the residents reached out directly to a vendor and handled the repair themselves. The board of directors has determined not to reimburse the residents.
