I had a termite warranty which I paid over $250 a year for and when my house got infested they tried to tell me that it was not covered and wanted over $1000 to tent. Mind you they came to my house two times prior in the last year because I reported termites and all they did was put some treatment in the cabinet which clearly did not work as the problem is much worse now. The last tech confirmed there was active termites and the house needed to be tented. Now my house has a ton of termite damage under their watch and they wont do anything about it but charge me to tent even though I paid for a termite warranty. They were originally called to the house for termites in the same area and then sold me on the warranty. Their employee that came to my house then tried to blame me for services not working stating that maybe I suggested what treatment to use. He stated the house should have tented at first but I told him the tech wanted to do the treatment instead. All I want is the house tented as that should clearly be covered under a termite warranty if your previous services did not work.
