1 starNo Gate! No sign! No parking price! My son has now gotten two of this companys violation notices. He paid the first one but we wont be paying this one. We are seeing in many locations this is a scam and needs to be corrected. DO NOT IGNORE US! This is ridiculous we will pay only the fee for two hour parking. When you reply please post your hourly parking fee. Ill be disputing per your instructions as well. Also we are seeking legal counsel to insure this doesnt keep happening. There is no other place for he and his friends to park when visiting *******************. This parking lot needs a gate, an attendant and a ticket!!.Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc

Thank you for your review. All of our parking facilities have signs posted throughout the parking area. The hourly parking rates change daily and we enforce parking at many different locations across the country. We do not have the specific parking rates for this date and time of the Notice issued. Any vehicle that utilizes the parking facility without paying for parking is subject to receiving a Notice of Non-compliance as mentioned on the Blue Parking Contract sign posted at the facility.Review fromThomas K

1 starPaid $12 for 4 hours parking and accidentally stayed 5 (my fault, I guess). However, there was no clear way provided to extend your parking once you select it and now I received a $50 fine in the mail with NO WAY TO CALL AND FIGURE OUT IF THIS BUSINESS IS LEGITIMATE or to even talk to someone about the fine. ***** on this company for not being clear on fines for staying longer. I have already notified all my friends and their friends to never use this parking garage again because of it's unclear signage and payment/fee structure.Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. The consumer mentioned awareness on why the Notice of Non-Compliance was issued. All of our Notices have our **************** line listed to speak to a representative as well as the website to visit to file a dispute if they feel their Notice was issued in error. All of our facilities have signage posted explaining the rules of the facility including consequences for failure to pay and expired parking sessions. If the parking session was not paid in full and the consumer experienced issues extending their parking session, the consumer would have needed to seek alternative parking arrangements to avoid receiving a Notice of Non-Compliance.Review fromDave G

1 starOur son parked in the lot on ******************* in *******, for all of 18 minutes to pick up a Door Dash order. A non-compliance letter was sent to our home (my wife's name is on the title).Billed $65 if paid within 30 days, otherwise $***** a minimum, this is price gauging and horrible business practice. If there was no payment, send a notice for the actual cost first, with the stipulation that sensible fines will follow. The only reason I selected one star is the zero stars was not an option.Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. The parking facility has signage posted indicating that all vehicles must have a valid paid parking session at all times. If a vehicle utilizes the facility for more than 15-minutes, a Notice of Non-Compliance will be issued. A reduced rate is initially offered to pay the Notice, after 30 days the Notice will increase to the original amount. We provide the option to dispute your Notice if you feel it has been issued in error. If you feel this Notice was issued in error, please take the opportunity to dispute it online.Review fromLauren M

1 starMy husband parked in a parking lot in a downtown area, scanned the ** code and paid via the website using Apple Pay. He was there less than an hour and the charge was supposed to be $6. Got a letter in the mail saying we owe $90 for less than an hour in the parking garage. Disputed on the website and got an auto-response denial. Did some digging and this company is a complete scam. Shame on you!Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. The consumer did not provide any Notice number details for us to review. If parking was paid for the full duration of the stay, a Notice of Non-Compliance would not be issued. If the session did not cover the full stay, a Overstay would have been recorded which would cause our system to issue a Notice. In order to provide accurate information as to why this Notice was issued, we would need the Notice number. Please note that all of our facilities have a Blue Parking Contract sign posted explaining the rules and conditions and consequences if the rules are not followed.Review fromCrystabel A

1 starThis compamy is a fraud. I visited Mexican Sugar on my birthday and parked in their garage, and the restaurant vouched my parking ticket. I visited on 2/22/25 and they immediately sent a final notice on 2/25/25 threatening to send me to collections and charging me $85 for 3 hours of parking! I am currently disputing this bogus claim! Businesses need to be advised how they are ripping off their customers. The notice said it was a reserved spot but there are zero notices in the pictures they provided of where I parked my vehicle. Dishonest establishment.Review fromAmy J

1 starI received a shady letter in the mail from this company telling me I have to pay $90 for parking at a lot downtown that is scamming people by doing exactly what happened to me. I parked there for 25 minutes. People were driving into the garage and there was no gate, attendants or machine to take a ticket. There were no glaring signs that the two of us noticed. Upon leaving again no gate, no attendant. I read about this company and this is what they do, scam people. Never in my life have I entered a garage that didnt have a gate, attendant or a way to take a ticket. If it was free it was open like this one! Total way to scam people who do not go downtown a lot or are familiar with every parking garage.Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. We do not see that a Notice number was included in the review, however; after reviewing the details provided, we understand that the consumer utilized the lot for 25 minutes. There are signs posted at each of our facilities explaining the rules. All guests have a 15-minute ***** period to utilize the facility before a Notice of Non-compliance is issued. It appears that the visit went over the allowed ***** period which then caused a Notice to be issued. The use of the lot must be paid for at all times as mentioned on the parking contract sign posted at the facility.Review fromParker B

1 starI am experiencing what everyone else has through this company. I did research and havent seen any public records of this company being sued for charging people tickets that have paid for parking. I hope they get what they deserve and get the s*** sued out of them by an attorney general. Never parking at one of these ever again.Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc

Please note, the consumer did file a dispute in our system though did not provide proof of payment for the time spent in our client's parking facility. The attachment we received is two transactions from Parkmobile on a bank record that does not provide the required elements.
When using a payment vendor's application, there is transaction history that will provide the location (zone), date/time of purchase, expiration date/time, and the license plate of the vehicle.
If the consumer can provide those detailed transactions we can re-review the Notice to see if they were in compliance and perhaps the payment vendor's data did not come through.Review fromXiannie P

1 starI received a $90 parking ticket from Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc. after attempting to pay for parking using the barcode provided in the garage. When I scanned the barcode, it directed me to a broken link and produced an error page. I immediately took a screenshot of the error, including the date and time, for my records. While in the garage, I stopped and asked the on-site security guard what to do, and he informed me that the system was not working and that others were experiencing the same issue. He told me not to worry about it.Despite having clear proofincluding the error page and confirmation of the issue from garage staffI received a $90 citation. I submitted a formal dispute with all documentation and screenshots attached. Not only was my dispute rejected, but the representatives were dismissive and rude throughout the process. They showed no willingness to acknowledge the technical issue or take responsibility.Their handling of this situation was completely unprofessional. The citation feels like a predatory money grab rather than a legitimate enforcement of parking policy. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the customer service and lack of integrity shown in this matter. This companys practices appear deceptive and unfair, and I am filing this complaint to warn others and to request that the fine be revoked.Review fromTt R

1 starCompany used threatening language in their scam emails and tried to extort money out of me. You dont have to pay these tickets, its a scam and not legally enforceable. Just use it as toilet paper.Parking & Transportation Compliance Inc

Unfortunately, the comments on this review are not valid; PTC provides enforcement services to the owners/operators of parking facilities nationwide. They choose our service to minimize the need to tow/boot vehicles for non-payment or overstaying the time that was paid. There is a Parking Contract posted in the parking facility and if someone is not in compliance with the rules, they will receive a Notice of Non-Compliance. This fee is much less of an impact as the driver realizes the loss of the use of the vehicle if booted/towed, and it is less typically costly than towing/booting.Review fromWestin L

Parking & Transportation Compliance provides enforcement services to the owners/operators of parking facilities nationwide utilizing license plate recognition cameras and matches that information with the various payment applications the operators choose for their parking facilities. The data is used to identify vehicles that did not pay or overstayed their time in the parking lot/garage.
Regardless of whether the vehicle is parked, occupied, or running, the facility was still being used for its intended purpose. Remaining on the property beyond the grace ****** constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined on the (blue) Parking Contract sign located at the entrance.
