      I ordered paint brushes from the ************** and they arrived 2 weeks later than described, and the brushes that were sent, were the wrong ones. I've left numerous voice mails, and emails, with no response

      I placed a $600+ order on 11/20/23 for painting supplies. The website says orders ship ***** hours. I realized I havent received any tracking info or any shipping confirmation from the company, so I emailed and called several times. No person ever answers the phone or email. Always have to leave voicemail. So I started looking at the reviews of this website/company-which I should have done prior to ordering-and realized I had made a huge mistake. The company is supposedly out of *********, **, but their phone number is out of ******, **. My job is on hold now until I can find supplies elsewhere. Thanks "thepaintstore.com"!!

      I made an order for 4 cans of spray paint Order date: 11/15/2023 Order#: ****** and it says Orders typically ship within ***** hours and take 3-5 days in transit. Special order items can take longer to ship as noted in the product's description. My paint was NOT a special order, I waited a week and sent an email asking for an update and tracking number and never received a response. Since they will not respond and the most it should take the order should have been here a week ago.

      I was looking to buy Krylon ***** varnish for some artwork that I had completed. Everywhere I looked was out of stock I stumbled upon the paintstore.com website and they had it so I ordered two cans for $31.96. The order was placed on July 25, 2023 and said it would ship within 2 to 4 days. Well I havent seen it and I havent got any confirmation that its been sent and it is now 8-4-2023. I have tried numerous times and sent emails via thepaintstore..com website with no response. And of course, on their website, theres no phone number provided so I started looking on ******** and other platforms. I was able to find a phone number on ******** and called but of course the mailbox is full and wont accept any more messages. I also found another 800 number listed here on the BBB site for ThePaintStore.com but when I called it, it was wild wings art gallery. The connection to that call was poor and it did not sound legit at all with the person I was talking to. I am upset to say the least that I got swindled out of my money, and never got my product. **********.com is not reputable and I doubt its legit, and I would not advise anyone to buy anything from them. They are a big rip off ! buyers be warned. My order #******.

      I received an email from thepaintstore.com today after I filed my complaint. They say they sent my order *** and it should arrive 8/9/23. We shall see. I find it odd that only after I filed a complaint did they respond and say they sent my order .  I will let you know if I get the order on 8/9/23.

      02-16-2023 i ordered 4 gallons of oil base tinted paint. 8-0078-1 for ******, no paint has been shipped and no one from the company will respond, the receipt was received and the company shows no order history online.
