Absolutely horrible service. Placed an order on 1/14, still have not received order. Tried communicating with the owner ****** many times with little to no avail. Requested a refund, was advised she does not give refunds. So this company has stolen my money. I have submitted a reversal with my credit card company and if no action has been taken in 7 days, I will be filing a police report for theft. **** *** sisters and brothers, DO NOT use this ladies business, PinkPrinting.com. Shes is absolutely horrible about reaching out and updating customers and making sure orders are sent out. It appears she is only in it for staling your money.Business Response

I placed a small order on 4/6/23 that was confirmed and paid for. Order still shows status of "partial fulfillment" as the only things I received are the downloadable items. Nothing else has shipped and I have gotten ZERO response to my 2 emails and 2 voicemails left inquiring about the status of my order. I just assume get my money refunded and move on.Business Response

I have placed 3 product orders with Pink Printing September 1, 2022, January 12, 2023 and March 29, 2023. All 3 orders were paid to the grand total of $101.85 and non were filled or shipped. My account status shows the March 29th order as "fulfilled" but I haven't received an email with shipping confirmation per usual or the product. Myself and my office assistant have called and emailed the company and have received no response. Upon reaching out to multiple Sales Directors in my area, I have found they are numerous others who have had the same experience.Business Response

I placed an order online on pinkprinting.com website, paid in full on 1/13/2023. As of this date I have not received the order. I have contacted the owner numerous times and told the products had been mailed. I have asked for tracking information and still have not received this information nor the product. I advised the owner ****** of ************************** that I request a refund. Her statement was she does not offer refunds only exchange of product. This is ridiculous considering I have not received my initial order or product. She stated she sent me the tracking information from the initial shipment, according to her. I never received that information. She said that she would "re-ship" my order and to date I have not received my order. The date of the transaction was 11/2/2022. I purchased postcards. they are $6 a bundle, but if you buy 15, it goes to $5 a bundle, with free shipping. So I did that and paid $75. First, I called the owner ****** after a month wondering where my order was, so she did send me some postcards but I saw 3 packs were missing. I showed her and shared her mistake with her. She said she would then send me 3 packs of postcards. A few weeks went by so I called, no return of call, I left several emails, no response. I was calling and leaving messages and finally she gave me another number to call. She never answers the phone, but will text me. She has promised 3 or more times to send me the 3 packs but has not. I even sent her my address and what I wanted. A few times she even said they were sent. So of course I wait and nothing. It is now almost 4 months and NO postcards. I have sent more messages. Now no response. So, since I have been waiting and thinking that she is sending my product, it is past the time I can file for my money back from my bank. They said it is past the 60 days.here is the Order #***** (I will take my $15 or my 3 packs of postcards) I have asked around, unfortunately ****** the owner of "Pinkprinting.com" has not fulfilled other orders as well. ****** has also mentioned she has not done her business as she should have, due to her divorce. Order for printed material was confirmed by www.pinkprinting.com on 10/13/22. After several inquiries as to status from 10/13 till 11/14/22, I received an email of "some items" being delivered with confirmation as to which ones. After a week, I inquired as to balance of printed material being shipped--no response came from PP. After many other inquiries with no response, I finally got an email on 12/7/22 that stated "she has it printed and ready to go". On 12/16/22, I inquired again as to status of shipping and did not receive a response. I made status inquiries again on 1/4 and 1/12/23. Status inquiries generally were by email as that was the media used in previous communication but because of no response, I then began inquiries using the website's chat, text and telephone numbers. On 1/13, I left messages on the website phone and "******'s" number. Finally, I received a response that she had mailed the back order "some time ago" and said she was sorry I didn't receive it and thanks for reaching out. There was no proof of shipment provided or that she was willing to trace what she sent. She stated she did not have those items available and offered to substitute items (that I did not want) or I could wait till she had them printed. These items on that day, and beyond, have been showing as available on the website while many other items were being shown as "out of stock". Because of the unresponsiveness of inquiries and the very lengthy time to fulfill an order, I advised her that I did not want to substitute and if she couldn't fill the order that day, that I wanted a credit. The 3 items with sales tax came to a $27 refund. Basically, I believe she did not ship the items "some time ago" because as in previous shipments she would confirm through email that the shipment was shipped, she was unresponsive to many inquiries, and she did not have any proof of shipment (like date, carrier or tracking). It wasn't until I affirmed with her that I would file complaints concerning this order that she actually responded and she did so in a very evasive manner. Other shipments had tracking and confirmation, this one did not.I sent a final email stating that she needed to credit my charge card for $27. I gave her the deadline of 1/21/23 to credit my account or I would be filing complaints. It's now 2/12/23 and no settlement of this account has been addressed by her or rectified by a credit. To resolve, she can credit my card or send a refund. I have since ordered and received within a week what I needed from another vendor.
