  Charged 3 times original quote Many damaged/destroyed items and furniture Boxes crushed or wet (lots of mold)Said Hurricane wasnt involved but it was Antiques damaged Piled items in clothing hanging boxes that were not wrapped or packed carefully just dumped in Many expensive tools are missing No inventory list Items missing (furniture and tools)The tape they used ruined finishes on wood furniture and leather furniture Have noticed for delivery but delivery was delayed and came in several different trucks over a 3 week period Asked for an extra $150 from last truck delivery to carry 2 items upstairs Not enough workers to do the job in one day and had to go back for extra supplies even though they were informed numerous times that it was a big move (packers came late in the afternoon and took 2 1/2 day to pack)They are not responding to our calls.I want my money back and restitution for damages.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A bunch of dishonest crooks. I was originally quoted $2300 for a move from ******* to *****. By the time it was all said and done, I ended up paying $9700. I had damage to my property in *****, holes in the walls from careless movers. Oh, I'd like to add that they hired movers off of Craiglist to unload my stuff. In addition to damage to my home, they also damaged my belongings! I've filled out all of these online forms, only to be offered $157. Lastly, they charged my $1500 extra for direct delivery from ******* to *****. Only half of my items arrived. I called nervously for over 2 weeks requesting an update on the remaining belongings. The remaining belongings arrived 2 weeks later and DAMAGED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don't know who is writing reviews on behalf of this company, but I doubt they are truthful. This is the WORST experience I've ever had and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I will be filing reports with federal agencies and the Better Business Bureau as well. Giving them a one star was the only way I could post this review to warn others. They aren't deserving of that. ZERO STARS!

  I hired this company 8/2023 & they destroyed items & stole many of my items. I filled out paperwork to get reimbursed & they offered me $130. I’ve never received any of the items back or payment. BEWARE this place is a ****!

  Absolute trash company. A third party service in Georgia hired this company out of ******* to move my belongings 220 miles in *****. From ******* to ******. The originating quote was $2,300. When they arrived to my house, it surprisingly jumped to $5,000. I told them to kick rocks, the manager got on the phone with me and negotiated cost down to $3,000. But... Kicker was that I would not receive my items for at least a week. I said it was acceptable do to the time constraints. (I didn't know all of the previous states instances until I started doing research on the company) The movers opened my refrigerator, started drinking my beer, they had one of the three individuals there pulling down my pergola after I explained to them it's a 2 person job... Smashed into the house, only a couple inches away from the window... They broke my coffee table leg and when confronted, I asked them where it was. One of the movers said that it didn't come with one. ****, DENY, DENY. Once they loaded everything on the truck, they demanded a tip to move my now broken coffee table. I explained no. I refuse, I'm not paying y'all to break my stuff. And was forced moving a 150 pound coffee table by myself to the curb. One of the movers also picked up my rifle asking if there were bullets in it. 2 weeks later, I finally receive my items after I had to pay the movers $1,000 cash to unload it. ALL of my furniture is broken. I am currently going through claims process on this. (My move was 8/22) and with everything submitted, and understand that they are only liable for 60 a pound, they are only offering me a grand total of $75 back for damages and lost items. Please go with a different company. I really hope I'm the last person this company will ruin. It's going to take me years to financially recover my losses from this move.

  I recently used To The Moon Services llc for my relocation and was blown away by their level of professionalism and efficiency!!! The team was very friendly and handled all my belongings with care. They made the moving process stress-free and seamless.   These people are awful,none spoke English,my furniture wasnt wrapped and my r Tempurpedic mattress,base and wood bed frame was damaged,filthy,torn and scarred.I filed a claim and emailed and sent register mail all forms they asked for along with pictures.yet they say its not enough.it cost me $11000.00 to move and all Im asking is for my bed to be replaced.Im an older Ill woman and need a bed.dont use these people.on a scale of 1 to 10,I rate them minus 10.

  First, I would say that the salesman lied about everything! Upon pick up the Amont quoted was allot more. The delivery date that was promised from the salesman was a 3-day delivery but ending up being 30 days. The pickup man could barely speak english. The customer service was very bad, making promises that they didn't keep. Upon delivery things were missing and broken. We found out later that our things set in a warehouse in ***** somewhere for those 30 days. The compliant process to get our missing and broken things replaced was so difficult that it was so discouraging!! They didn't take responsibility for nothing. Please, please, DO NOT use the company!! It was truly a NIGHTMARE!!! We rate them a big fat 0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Wouldnt recommend using this company. They will brake your stuff, bad communication. They will not take responsibility for the claim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  They damaged so many of my items in a move from ******* to ************. It seems they have NO remorse about the Thousands of $ they caused or lost. Some items they can't even track down and don't care about the damage or stress they caused to me. Anyone who reads this, PLEASE do not allow them to move any of your items.
