When my wife died I was recommended to speak to *****, owner of Alliance Monument in ********* *******.The grave marker he made is beautiful and admired by her many relatives and friends. It was made in a timely fashion, including special requirements by the cemetery owners; price was fair.

***** is not a good busy man. He constantly makes promises he doesn't keep. I am waiting for 3 months for him to install my mother's headstone. It is finally made but hasn't been installed yet...it is standing in a corner gathering dust. I have visited him and left messages several times and he continues to make excuses and promises he doesn't keep.... Horrible business ethics! All I want is for him to install the headstone ASAP as 3 months is far too long to wait and put an end to this matter.

Alliance Monument Company on ********************* in Hollywood is the worst place to do business with, they took my check for a bench that they didn't provide, they don't answer phone calls, this business should be shut down because that's a shame they open to the public and stealing people hard earned money, the owner ***** is the worst, he gives excuses after excuses especially with he receives letters from the court,'PEOPLE BEWARE '.For anyone out there that's reading this that has the same problem take him to court like I did!!!!

Alliance Monument Company and City of Deerfield Beach Cemetery

Until I had a personal experience with funeral homes and cemeteries, I believed them to be caring and professional! After the sudden departure of my grandson, I went to the local funeral home in Deerfield Beach to make arrangements for his burial and the marker for his "resting place". I thought I was being guided by a funeral director, ****, who would help me with basic issues. He completed the order form for a marker for the grave site and requested my approval. I was shocked when the marker was placed on the grave - it did not have a vase! Placing flowers on a loved one's grave is a time old custom and tradition. All the surrounding graves had flowers except for my loved one! I immediately contacted the funeral director to rectify the misunderstanding and was told I indicate on the order form that I didn't order a vase. The funeral director was indifferent and unwilling to help me correct the misunderstanding! WHY WOULD I NOT WANT A VASE ON THE MARKER! Had he told me a vase was an option, there would not have been a misunderstanding! Because he had been unwilling to help me rectify his error, he did a great disservice to me and my family! I contacted the company who installed grave marker, Alliance Monument Company in Hollywood to request its help in obtaining a vase and affixing it to the marker. For weeks I had been promised by someone who goes by the name "*****" he would get back to me! I have recently learned that I could have purchased a marker with a vase for half the price I paid! Although the monument company got its money, Alliance does not care that they did a disservice to me by not offering a solution and not returning my telephone calls!
I bought a matching granite vase online and affixed it to the marker personally! I enjoyed placing flowers in the vase for several weeks until the City of Deerfield Beach maintenance ground keeper ran over the vase - cutting gouges from the cutting blades. I was visiting the gravesite at the time and saw the grounds keeper carelessly run over the marker with his 3-wheel lawn mower. I reported it to the office hoping the grounds keeper would be more careful! I just returned from the cemetery and discovered that the porcelain picture of my loved one on the marker was crushed and a corner of the granite marker had been cut off! No one is holding these people accountable for their recklessness and disservice to the customers and public while they hide behind people's grief!
