Refund and Exchange Policy

Terms & Conditions: 1. All sales are custom made and are final once the invoice is agreed upon, signed by buyer and a payment has been made with this order. No changes can be made once the invoice is finalized with the buyer for the order placed. There can be no refund, no exchanges & no cancellations for any order & custom order made on all lighting fixtures & stained glass. Any cancellations made after the order has been submitted will be charged 60% of the invoice amount. 2. Please allow 8-9 weeks from when making payment to final completion of your order. 3. Each lighting fixture is designed according to the buyer’s personal measurements & personal demands. Each piece is made uniquely for the buyer. No piece is exactly the same therefore, please consider a slight change in the color texture from what is shown in the showroom or catalogue pictures. 4. We do not do installation for the fixtures. Our store can recommend an installer for you but, will take no responsibility on the installer’s behalf. Please note that Galilee lighting is not responsible for anything that has to do with installations. Galilee Lighting recommends that the fixtures are to be installed by a professional licensed electrician. 5. Customer’s full satisfaction is important to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to check each fixture for damages while goods are still in the package & before leaving the showroom. Once the merchandise has left the store Galilee lighting cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the fixture. If for the any reason a fixture has arrived damaged to its final destination, please take a picture within 7 days of the damage before the installation while still in the package and we will consider replacing the broken piece. All damaged chandeliers must be left in the original package and any of the packing material cannot be thrown away until the claim is resolved by the shipping carrier.
