5/6/25 paid $2500 for lab work and verbally discussed supplement treatment plan. Initially the text from this claimed ** of Accupuncture advertised in the neighborhood grocery health store called Nutrition Smart saying that he can reverse certain medical conditions, no disclaimers so the exaggerated flyer pulled me in. I met with ** ******* then communicated after the initial meeting and he texted me saying $1500,after agreeing and then setting up a meeting to do business, he gave me a price of $2500. He did not give me a detailed plan of what I was getting, only an emailed receipt paid.He was not transparent like most healthcare providers in the past. I also mentioned that I had recent lab work from my primary care but he said that he uses a totally different ************ After getting the lab work order to draw blood, it was from *******,the same lab report that I already did about 2 weeks before so I was paying for a lot of duplication in blood work already done to run up my costs. Furthermore in the meeting he frowned at the idea of using supplements from the Nutrition Smart store that I saw his ad in. He said he uses a compounding pharmacy and makes special formulations that he creates. In the final meeting after doing the various lab works he ordered,I returned to get the consultation and supplements. He now mentioned that the supplements for one month supply would be $3000 additional cost, refused to tell me what ingredients he would be treating me with, stated that it was proprietary info. I asked him what if I am allergic to something in this secretive formulation. He shrugged me off sayin that he never had any issues over the years. He decided to show me another clients lab report to let me know that I was not as bad as someone that he might have to disclose that she has possibly cancer, scare sales tactic. I told him after leaving ,that he duped me with bait and switch, I wanted a refund, he texted me back saying he discharged me, I will sue him in court
