I ordered and paid $5.95.shipping. for a trial of Alvinol PM.The product did not work as advertised. My credit card was charged first $79.95 and then $89.95 a month later.I did not receive a product until 2 days ago. I am returning it because I did not agree to a subscription as the product did not work.I called the credit card company and they could not do anything except cancel my card. I authorized them to do that.I tried to reach the company after the first unauthorized charge but could not find a number for "sleep solutions". To whom it may concern,
Ms. Mac placed an order for our 15 day trial originally on 09/20/24 where the terms on our site advises that the customer has 15 days to try the product before being billed and placed on an autoship to receive the product monthly until they decide to cancel. Customer was charged on 10/09/24 and then on 11/09/24. Customer has never called to cancel or to request to return product back for a refund. Per this complaint we will send an *** to customers email for the November shipment to get a refund.

I purchased a "trial" and have been being charged monthly - to over $300. I have tried numerous times to call the only support number I can find - today I'm still on hold and its been 26 minutes - happens every time. I this company is a scam - please let me.Business Response

To whom it may concern,
On 05/24/24 Ms. ***** signed up for the Complexion MD cream through our 2 week free trial in which the terms are available at the bottom of each page on our site (***********************************************). It advises that customers will have 2 weeks to try the product before they are billed for keeping it and placed on an autoship until the decide to cancel. Ms. ***** received the product monthly from the month of May until September. Customer never called to cancel however we received a return product marked as refused which triggered us to cancel the account and issue a refund for the returned item.

On January 5, 2024 Mr. ****** ****** placed an order for the Avinol PM through our 2 week free trial period. Per the terms of the trial which is available at a link on each page of our site it advises that you will receive a full ******************************* which you will have 2 weeks to try before being charged $79.95 and placed on an autoship to receive monthly until you decide to cancel. Our records show that the customer has not called to cancel and their first attempt to cancel was made today 9/5/24 where they sent an email requesting to cancel where in return we sent an RMA email with information on how to return the last item back for a full refund. The customers account has been canceled and upon the return of the last item a refund will be issued.

My terminally ill son had serious stress and could not sleep. He did not want strong prescription medications. I got online in desperation searching for natural medications to help him. I found RMA for stress/anxiety and Avinol PM for sleep. I ordered a sample of each one. without permission. Neither medications did anything at all. I think it was sugar pills to be truthful. There could NOT have been anything in it. Before I could return the pills and ask for a refund this company took $80.00 from my bank acct. without authorization. I contacted them immediately. I was pretty angry. I demanded a full refund and I told them the exact truth about their bogus product. They are making serious and false claims about this product but it does nothing at all and they are robbing customers on top of that. They told me to return the unused pills and then they would refund my money. I had to ship them back by 9/7/22 at my expense and it got there days early. I got an email stating they tried to refund my money but my bank rejected it. I know that is a lie because my bank would have called me immediately. I told them to write a check and put it in the mail since they do have my address! But they sent me a second email stating as a penalty for contacting my bank to prevent any further withdraws which they tried to take even more money, that they were keeping all my money. They were not refunding nothing. My son passed away on 9/18/22 and I have been busy burying him. This is the first chance I got to file my complaint against this thieving company. How many other people have they robbed blind for these fraudulent pills? I think they should owe me interest on what they stole. I think they should face extra penalties for robbing a senior citizen, and taking advantage of people desperately looking for helpful medications for sick family members refusing to respond to any emails sent concerning my refund! .On August 21 the customers trial expired and was charged per the terms and conditions. On August 24th, 2022 the customer called to cancel admitting that they were unaware of the terms and conditions. They requested to return the product for a refund and received an RMA email. On August 30, 2022 we received the product back and attempted to issue the refund however it was declined. My mother, ***************************, ordered a product (Complexion MD), and it has ended up on a recurring credit card billing cycle. There is nothing in the box that indicates how or where we can cancel the order. We've tried calling the number for this business, which we think is the company sending it (the mailing label is conveniently never competely on the box so as to be partially unreadable). I ordered a free trial of ****** PM, and paid for shipping in late July. The company billed my account for an additional $79.95 recurring monthly which I did not agree to. I figured it was a mistake with my sleep-deprived brain. I did not receive any product and they billed me again in August. I tried calling the number and talked to a service rep who told me I did agree and I was supposed to cancel within 15 days. I didn't receive any notice about the cancellation. Upon receiving the product back the refund attempt was declined on 3 separate times. When a refund is declined it usually indicates that the customer has either changed their card information or filed a dispute with the financial institution therefore placing a block on us from future transactions.
