    Better Business Bureau,I am reaching out to you in hopes you will be able to help my family and I. January 4, 2022, we had a house fire. I thought we were on the road to rebuilding our house after the fire in January 2022, when I hired *********************** with Monolith Construction LLC. I found the contractor on the Better Business Bureau. I checked reviews and called his references everything checked out I thought. I thought he was licensed with the State of Florida as a Contractor. I just found out recently he is under ***************************** license, he said this is his business partner. I never met or spoke with ************************* regarding the rebuilding of my home. This contractor has been such a nightmare. He quit the job and stole $96K of my money and my home is still sitting and he left off with partial demolition completed and partial work completed by subcontractors. He withheld the windows and doors that I paid $19,500. to prevent me from taking legal actions against him for about a year, until I finally hired an attorney that sent him demands for the return of the windows and doors and refund for unused money. As of today, I have only received the windows and doors. I am looking for a refund of money unused $88K. I have pictures and documentation proofing my case. I know this complaint is passed 1 year but I was under distress from this contractor, and he is still unresponsive to returning my money. After seeking legal help, *** finally delivered my windows and doors May 17, 2023, to my house with police assistance. I have paid this contractor a total of $96k and he started on my house on 11/4/2022 and has not finished all demolition in my house as of today 4/24/2024.I am requesting an email to send full complaint in details facts, pictures and reports. I was not able to put everything in this message. I have been threatened and scammed out of my money in order to rebuild my home. I need help, please.
