I am extremely disappointed with The Cleaning Authority of North Miami Beach and cannot recommend their services. During a recent cleaning, their team broke a priceless family heirloom - a 40-year-old sculpture created by my late father-in-law. To make matters worse, they failed to inform us about the damage. A couple hours later we noticed the sculpture was broken, and they later discovered the broken pieces inside their vacuum. When I first contacted the company I spoke with *******, he apologized but two weeks later when I brought the matter back up I was directed to someone called German, who refused to take responsibility, claiming their team did not break the sculpture, despite clear evidence to the contrary. They offered a $105 credit, which we accepted, but they have not committed to covering the repair costs for the item their team damaged. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Their dismissive attitude towards such a significant loss has left us with no choice but to terminate their services. If you value trust, transparency, and care in your home, I urge you to look elsewhere. Their general manager, German ******, dismissed me, and told me he couldnt believe my word when I said their team had damaged something in my home. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

After a regular cleaning, the customer's wife contacted us by phone accusing the cleaning team of breaking a family craft which has an emotional value for her. She stated it was made by her father in law.

As usual, we take these calls very seriously and informed her that we would speak with the team to find out what had happened. This matter was addressed from the first call by the General Manager of the office.

The team told us that they had not broken anything in the customer's house.

The company policy is to report always when the team breaks something in any customer house. Notice that this company has never had an incident of this nature before (see your records), and proof of our professionalism are the more than 138 reviews we have on Google.

We called the customer's wife and told her what the team claimed (denying the breakage), and we immediately offered to open the vacuum bags used that day in her house to see if we could find the alleged broken piece or if it had been vacuumed from the floor by the team while they cleaned their house.
When we did, we sent what we found to the customer's house so she could confirm that they were theirs.

The team that cleaned the customer house that day have been working for us for several years, they are professional cleaners and one of them is a trainer of the company. They are very well trained, know the company policies and had cleaned the customers house before lots of times.

We have cleaned the customer's house every two weeks for more than 1 year in a professional and responsible manner without any inconvenience before and we have always be very responsive to their requests.

In light of the bad time experienced and the client's frustration, despite the fact that our team stated that they had not broken anything in their house, we offered to waive the charge for the next cleaning, which is $105.00, as compensation for all the events experienced. This significance compensation was accepted by the customer and we cleaned their house free the next time. Immediately after that the customer decided to cancel the service with us. We always act in good faith and in a responsive way, therefore, the subsequent complaint is unexpected and inappropriate.
