    Went in for a visible coolant leak they pumped 30 psi into system rated for 15 psi and caused multiple leaks charged me ************************************************************************************************************************************************ their lobby waiting on them to do what I paid them to do i witnessed them overcharging and lying to 3 different people to jack up the price This is absolutely a scam shop and should be shut down

    We have had multiple issues with this company I came in with a messed up motor needed to be changed out they took more then over a month to fix my van for work, I had to use my personal vehicle for work, everyday through out that month they called me saying multilple parts needed to be changed to the engine yet I paid over $10,000 to get a block engine which should have brought More parts I already felt uncomfortable because I felt like I was being scammed, had to get on top of them to finally get my vechine back when I get it back it was leaking power steering fluid sent it back said I need a new one when I know I dont because that one is brand new came to see when they put it back they left a s**** lose or broken and had to fix myself, after a couple of months the car starts making a loud noise I take it to the same company but different location they said its the motor about to blow ! They told me to take it to the other shop to get it fixed mind you this is under warranty, took it there I leave and get a call form the manager saying that thier warranty with the motor manufacturer ended with them, what that gotta do with me! My warranty is still valid till the 22nd my truck is still there and no update! Im scared theyre keeping it there till the 22nd to the. Tell me too bad it expired !

    December ******* I towed ****** Sentra 1989 to business after prior in person visit stating coolant leak- water pump and coolant pipe leaks diagnostics and Service Director Assistant ***** commitment that day and December ******* to fix it and then test head gasket, as per ****** Dealership statement of head gasket testing necessitating radiator coolant in therefore coolant leak repair first.During three weeks December ******* till present, I was subjected to multiple Service Director assistant ***** deceiving statement as to car repair status, as per Complaint attached, including January ****** of cooling leak fixed and car ready to discharge/pick up, untrue, while upon starting the engine for 2 minutes, I and male friend, witnessed huge coolant leak with all radiator coolant leaked out within minutes. Upon Service Director ***** diagnostics placing car up on my request, the coolant hose, with clams appearing to be new, attached to engine was heavily leaking. While Service Director ***** intended to shift the blame on car age, I expressed my concern of clogging hose damage by coolant sealand put by business in radiator January ******, with cloging the hoses and increasing coolant system pressures causing leaks.While Service Director ***** consented January ****** to resolve the problem by changing all coolant system hoses, the Regional Manager *** January ******* upon my in person visit, refused and ordered Service Director ***** not to do it, instead intimidating, mistreating and confronting and bullying me, taking advantage of my age, 77 year old senior, and female and shifting blame on me for overheating the car that I denied to do, as upon first symptoms of coolant leaks I have never driven the car, instead towed it 4 times in 4 weeks seeking resolution and repair.District Manager *** refused to identify himself and the Company corporate contact including the owner, showed ignorance to my statement of filing BBB Complaint and no regard to law.Truly,

    On may 26, 2023.I took the car to check because i had air conditioning problems, the car ac was not getting cold.After diagnosing the problem i was given and estimate closer the the $1000 for the repair.I call them and told them that iqas okay with payment for the repair.They told me the had to change a couple parts and the car was going to be ready for next day.I came next day and picked up the car, the ac ac was working but it did stop working within 2 month.I called them and explained the problem and they told me to bring the car to check the problem because i have a warranty period of 5 years.I brought the car back and i was told the car had the same issues as before and they had to replace same parts again.I went back to pick up the car next day and i asked that i should not have the same problem within 2 month and i was warrantee the problem was solved.Well now within the 2 month period i am back with same problem.I have no ac at all in my car after closer to $1000 **** and almost 5 month in this process.I do need my car ac to be fixed and that is why i paid for the service but if this business is not capable of solving This problem permanent i am demanding of getting full reimbursement for my payment.I will bring back the car for them this week to see what is going to happen this time.Thank you for your help and for listening to our concerns .****** ***********************.

    We sincerely apologize you have been having a continued issue with your vehicle's air conditioning. Thank you for returning our phone call and allowing us to rectify the issue. When you bring your vehicle back in this week, we will go through the work we completed and figure out what is causing the air conditioning to not work properly.  We understand not having A/C in South ******* during the summer is intolerable, we stand behind everything we do here and will make sure we get things working properly.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The service for what i paid for was never fixed in the first place, they do say they changed parts on my car but that did not bring the solution to my problem.

    Now they are saying that my car ac system has a whole different problem and they have to change different parts and have issued an estimate of $785.04 on top of the $974.70 i already paid for the service.

     Clearly i believe this company or this shop in particular are scamming people telling lies about repairs and on top that the repairs are already costly they don't even provide the right solution or have the decency of actually perform the repairs correctly.

    At this point i not longer want to have any contact with this Shop in order to get my car ac fixed based on my experience with this people i just consider them to be scam artists.

    My only solution is to get full reimbursement from the Shop on the full amount paid to them.

    $974.70 so i can find someone else to actually fix the ac.

    When **************, came back in for to have us look into his A/C issues, we explained to him that the parts we changed on his first visit (expansion valve/drier) were leaking. Which is why we recommended to change those leaking components. When he first came in his A/C was blowing warm air. After we changed the leaking components and recharged the system his A/C was blowing cold again. When he came back in he explained to us that everything was working for a couple months and started to blow warm again. His last visit on 10/13/23, we reexamined his vehicle and discovered he now has other leaking components. We took pictures and and brought out ************** to see what was now leaking. I explained to ************** that there are many different components to the A/C system and that we only recommend changing components that are bad/failed. On his initial visit the failed components were only the expansion valve/drier, if his condenser was leaking on his initial visit we would've advised him to change that as well, but it was not.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Certainty i truly believe my car A/C diagnostic was not accurate and or my service or repair was never completed.
    As i stated before my agreement with this company was a payment for the reparation of 
    my car A/C problem and even if they did changed any parts on my car like they are saying still my car has the same A/C problem just after 2 month i went back to this shop and they said they change same parts again and then for another 2 month the A/C blew cold.
    am not by any means a mechanic but i could say that ***be they just added freon and changed some valves and called a fix.

    In other words and again i feel i am being robbed by this people honestly that is the feeling and impotency because this Company think they can come and just take your hard worked earn money and then not even comply with their obligation that was just to do what they were paid for.

    Maybe i *** get my money back and ***be they keep doing this to other people but at least there is this record, this complain that *** help some other people in the future and ***be some day they will get the justice they deserve.

    Well when I went to pick up the car the second time I even ask that person if the problem was corrected, that I should not be coming back with the same issue within 2 month and he assured me that the problem was corrected and that they had to replace same parts again.

    And then it just happened again, I just feel frustrated and cheated from this company.

    When ************** originally came in his A/C was not blowing cold. Upon inspection we discovered his expansion valve and drier were leaking freon. We replaced both components and his A/C started to blow cold again. ************** came back in a few months later and was experiencing the same issue, A/C was blowing warm. We noticed the valve that we replaced was leaking again. We warrantied the job and replaced the expansion valve/drier that we replaced on the original job. ************** did come in a third time with his A/C blowing warm. Upon the third inspection is when we discovered that his condenser is leaking. We took pictures and showed ************** this issue. If his condenser was leaking when he originally came in we would have recommended he change it along with the expansion valve/ drier, but it was not. We only recommend replacing parts that have visually failed. At this time of his initial visit it was not leaking. We have part invoices from the original job along with pictures from the latest visit showing the failure.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Once again my car ac problem was never resolved or fixed, they say they changed parts on my car that I am not even positive they did and if they in fact changed those parts they just happened to change the wrong parts when the problem was the condenser in the first place, willingly or not they are lying about this issue in order to not take full responsibility.

    Yes the car blew cold air when I took it out of the shop the first time for a period of 6 to 8 weeks and so It did the second time when I picked it up from the shop.

    Even if they changed parts like they say my problem obviously wasnt fixed.

    If they wrongly misdiagnosed the problem and did not fix the ac they are responsable for it and instead they just keep in deniel.
