Known mold issues and blamed tenant instead of offering a solution to what is not only a known issue in our apartment but also has been an issue in multiple apartments here according to numerous ****** reviews with pictures. We have health issues related to the mold and just performed a mold test and spoke to a mold expert and legal consultant. The management company came and did an "inspection" without giving us a 12 hour notice as described in ******* State statute for entering the apartment and said they found nothing. It's invisible mold, white mold and black mold; which are known culprislta for developing pneumonia, cancer, COPD, Asthma, rashes, fatigue, Brain fog, depression, migraines and much much more. Science does not lie! My Mom has been hospitalized 7 times since 4/1/23 for respiratory issues. Her lung doctor said it's something in the apartment, environmental - air quality which prompted us to do the test with a swab in every vent which resulted in 3 types of toxic mold. The company we used is backed by ********************************** Lung Association....do they think Science lies?
