I was supposed to move on the 31st of March, I gave the property manager my application fee and deposited off $500. They told it would have take 48 hours to let me if Im approved or not. I got an email the same afternoon saying that i got approved. While I was at the place, I asked I have to see the property before I moved. They told me they dont have anything to show me. Im less than 24 hours they called saying I have to agree with me being approved ;I said yes I will be moving on the 31st. I call them again asking before o move in the place is there anyway I can do a walk through they said no. On Friday the 24th of March, I received an email saying I have to call FPL so I can have power at the place so their maintenance guy can check the stove and the fridge. I told I wont call FPL until I see the place, if not I would like my money back. When I ask for a refund, the property manager said they cannot give me a refund and they will put the unit back in the market since didnt cancel the 48 hours after the approval. So I would like to know when does someone move in to a place without seeing the place first. This is a terrible management, I saw the review and then went ahead proceeded to fill an application, but if this how these people are rubbing and treating their future tenants, I will make sure this place get handle.
