    After 6 months the ******* has the same problem, the parts are warranted for 1 year but Ocean only wishes to cover the part for 90 days. I was willing to pay for labor but parts are covered.Called GE and they say if I had used a ** repair not an affiliate repair the parts and labor would be covered. Of course you are suppose to know all this as a customer.Warning: Use GE ********************** and stay away from Ocean the warranty isn't worth a piece of toilet paper.

    Very poor service! Never fixed my dryer after 1 month! Ordered wrong part , then 2 week delay, put new part in and broke 2 days later! Call company and they had no answer told me to call GE! Terrible service company! Will file lawsuit against them! ***

    Dionis is a genius. He knew immediately what the issue was with our induction cooktop and offered me our options for moving forward. When the parts arrived, Dionis was efficient and quick if replacing them and we are back in business!Thank you!!!
