      Air Titans installed a new AC and were waiting for the grill and UV light (which is still missing today, 2/3/2025). The county has not inspected my unit, and I was informed that the company never pulled permits. I have been trying to contact the company since August and am getting nowhere. I keep being told they are waiting on the parts, and there is no follow-up. I have emailed using the invoice number, but there has been no response. They upsold me and got me to purchase a new AC (first-time homeowner), and according to **************, no permits were pulled to install a new AC unit. At this point, I am not sure what is going on because my electric bill got much higher with the brand-new AC than with the old unit. I have no idea if it was correctly installed, and without permits, the county cannot inspect it.

      Air duct cleaning was performed on October 24, 2024.The Duct Sanitizing was, according to Invoice #****, performed to "kill all airborne allergens + mold and lasts approximately up to 6 months".Initially, for about 10 days, we could sense the effects. Afterwards, all benefits dissipated.The ************ was cleaned, but not the registers in the ceiling. Some had definite signs of mold.We are looking for a substantial refund for the lack of doing a complete job.We have contacted the Company by phone and email and have had no success in resolution.

      Unlimited Supplies, Returns and main lines for One AC system, run air brush through the vents to loosen ******, clean dryer vent. $189 Employee came into my home, connected the vacuum, went out to the A/C unit, came back in, tried selling me other items, I declined to purchase anything else, he removed the vacuum and stated he was finished. When questioned about the running of the brushes that he did not do, he said it was not needed with the vacuum. Asked about the dryer vent, claimed it was done, it was not. Said he was unable to run brushes through the vents because they were more than 12 years old, but when he asked how old they were he said no problem I will run the brushes through the vents. When I declined any other work, the vents became to old to run the brushes. So basically, did nothing, insisted on getting paid, I am almost 60, I am disabled, so I paid the bill and called his company immediately. Was told I would receive a call back, never did. I called three more times and was continuously told the same thing but never received a call back. I did not ask for money returned, I would prefer they come and properly do what was paid for. That is all I want.
