Upon completion I was never given a signed Work Permit. It stated in the contract that all required City permits will be given. **I live in the *******************, and *********** requires work permits. **once I started to inquire about the work permit, Air Pros Hollywood also known as Universal Air and Heat has been stating the following excuses:were working on the permit the office is closed given false permit number that didnt exist needing to pay more fees needing more documents one of the Advisors (**************************** or Elo) made it a point to confirm that an service person from Air Pros will be present on the inspection day, the ******************* inspector came, but no one from Air Pros needing to pickup documents in person the supervisor Will personally go and pay the fees the supervisor didnt go my grievances will be forward to the supervisor ***These are the many excuses that has been given to me over and over again. Im still waiting on my work permit, it is now November. ***As you know Work Permits assure that the customers project was done properly with no defects. Also, it would add on to the value of my home. And future problem, I would be reponsible for the costly fee in obtaining one if selling my home or if the City become of aware. ***It is now November, it has been an eight month fight. For further assistance ~I reached out to the loan company seeking help in this matter: Goodleap, ********, **. ~I also reached out to Air Pros customer survey in *****. Im still paying monthly payments without a complete work permit. I want the inspection from N. ***** and a signed work permit with approval from N. *****. I donot have the permit as yet
