            Had clutter busters out on Friday July 22nd.We had agreed on $375-$425 to haul some trash out of my yard. Dennis and his helper showed up on Friday, confirmed the scope of work(hauling away a large pile of trash and a sofa) and began working. Called me out a while later with half of the trash loaded and said they could not finish today, and would return on Tuesday the 26th to finish. Told me he will collect $375 today and the additional $50 on Tuesday at completion. I would not be around on Tuesday, so we agreed I would pay the $425 then and he gave me his word he would be back on Tuesday to finish. Business did not provide me with any type of receipt or confirmation of payment. Tuesday came and they did not return, I reached out and Dennis said they would get to it tomorrow. No show again. Since then Dennis has told me several different times he would be back tomorrow or 'x' day and never shows up. Now he will not answer any calls or texts and it seems he is content to just take my money and leave me hanging. In short, Business has collected full payment for a half completed job and has no intention of returning to complete the job or otherwise making things right.
