      I am listed on the federal do not call list. *** called and demanded to speak to the person who pays the electric bill. When trying to inquire about how they got my information, the representative was rude and defensive and failed to provide any company Information and hung up without response. When I called back, I was answered by a gentleman, after asking for a supervisor, he insisted on trying to resolve the issue. He told me the company name was Major Energy. He finally transferred me to a supervisor who informed me the company they work for doesnt even offer their services in this state and should have never called me to start with,

      Hello, we contacted this consumer by mistake as we do not offer any services that we provide in ********. We have added this phone number to our internal do not call list and will not contact her again. Also, we will review the call and make sure that the Agent is disciplined for being rude.

      Every day for the last month i get at least 1 call a day or more from ************ telling me my service rates for my electric and gas need to be "locked" in before they raise it and to call ************.....pg&e is my electric provider and does not (like any other electric company) "lock" in rates just by having you call them. Just stupid harrassing phone calls all the time. This is so infuriating, im thinking of opening a small court case im talking with one of my lawyer friends right now whom suggested i post on BBB as well...
