5 starsOcean Point has been there for me when I need them. The team is very professional and attentive to my needs. When I find damage to my house due to a storm, I call them first. Anthony has been amazing every time I've reached out to him (his number is stored in my phone). He's handled my claims timely and thoroughly and he ensures that all of my repairs are covered per my policy. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help after a storm. 5 starsWow! Eli and Judy are FANTASTIC!!! We had a stellar experience with using them to help our Family recoup from damage from the 2022 Hurricane in Florida. Eli walked my Mom and I through EVERY step with care and concern, patience is DEFINITELY a virtue!! Eli helped our Family MAXIMIZE the funds the homeowners insurance absolutely would NOT have paid and we KNEW they would limit what they would pay for their own benefit. Eli's tenacity to do the BEST for his clients is real. He was on-time for meetings, took calls, answered questions, spoke to/met with Insurance on our behalf, and sat at our Family table treating us in the kind way you would want your Family to be treated. TLC at a time of loss is key! He never once "sold" to us, he didn't have to. His approach was stellar and his wanting to do the best for us was clear. Judy was a great help too, her kindness and TLC was clear via phone or any other message. There is NO way we could have navigated this loss without Eli, Judy and Ocean Points Claims! THIS was a VERY wise decision for our mental health, our sense of loss, and our decision to build our home back up to a safe haven of peace. THANK YOU will never be enough to Eli & Judy! 5 starsWe found several leaks in our roof in the Summer of 2019 and had the first two repaired out-of-pocket by a independent roofer before we contacted ***** ******* to do a more professional assessment. ***** ******* found that the roof needed a complete and costly replacement. The problem was that our insurance company was pushing back. ***** ******* suggested that I contact a Public Adjuster to evaluate the roof and deal with the insurance company on our behalf. We contacted the Ocean Point Claims Public Adjuster, Eli G****, and he attributed to damage from Hurricane Irma of September 2017. He made a case and presented it to our insurance company. The end result was we received a brand new $65,000 tile roof of our choosing and paid $0 out-of-pocket, as we had already paid the deductible in 2017 for the damage to our fence. Mr G**** is a fighter for you and loves to win! He would not stop until he won this claim for us. We did not do anything, except to hire him to represent us. We just stood out of the way and he took care of everything. If he did not win, we would pay him nothing. I highly recommend him and his company and will use him again if the need ever arises.
