    My home is under warranty till march of 25.  Sunshine window men came  to talk a take pictures of all defects in hurricane glass slider. The defects are  long  3  by 1 wide  . When you look out your slider. Its all blurry an ***** . And in the center of my slider . I stand in front to look out . There is a 1.5 by 1 ***** looking scratch or a defect **** in glass . Very visible. Why they wont put in a new slider door is beyond me. We paid a lot for these hurricane  windows in this home . I dont think Im asking for much. But they do . So Sad. I hope and pray they reconsider. I will continue to move forward with your help .   The reviews in ave *****. For Cc homes  is terrible. I wont give up .

    As  I was cleaning my windows . More additional windows have flows an large scratchs in them .  Sunshine windows should be more professional.A stand behind there quality of windows a there work . This is unbelievable of any company s standards. If you have other ways I can move forward with this please let me know . The Cchomes builder  is the only one responding back to me . A telling me I have no case . But when I contacted Cchomes on ********* my compliant. I said  defect in my sliders . A the definition of a flow in a sliding glass door . Says       Scratchs . Uneven edges or distortion in the glass. That effects its visaul appearance. Often arises the manufactureing process or the handling damage. So they are in the wrong .  Please help.

    When I did my walk threw with Cchomes .slider was brought to there attention .defects a scratchs . Thats why  Sun Shine windows came intomy home in June of 2024. To take pictures a look at the defects a scratchs . An yes I have been emailing Cchomes with all problems in this home . All sunshine windows is doing is  kicking it down the road .I will continue to pursue this .

    The windows were incorrectly sized then took forever. Their contractors damaged the outside of my house and several of the moldings. They only fixed it after several attempts from different employees. Once my windows were FINALLY installed, they didn't pass the inspection. The windows NEVER passed the inspection but somehow they still managed to tack it on to my property taxes. 1 year later when I tried to get an inspection done on my home the windows didn't even have the manufacturing stickers so again the inspection failed. I contacted them and had to keep calling and going out of my way until they finally gave me my stickers!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY AND POOR QUALITY is how I would define this company.

    I got a new house about 8 months ago and one of the windows is leaking. Called the manufacturer and they dont want to do anything. Windows are still under warranty. They told me to just hire someone to get new one and pay for them out of my pocket. The contractor is not in business anymore.

    Purchased new Storm Windows within year warranty bathroom clips window rusted out.**************** no help only rude attitude. When sold me windows came to install and service.Need help after wards is like pulling teeth. **************** several times clips have heavy rust and need change due to manufacture quality. To make it worse since they never came to change tried to remove and cut finger and needed be rush to hospital for tent us shot.
