    On Dec 27, 2023 I paid $997 to Wealthy Leads for lifetime access to the apex bot with a 60 no questions asked money back guarantee. The bot didnt work as advertised. I have sent all this info to the wealthy Leads support team that was supposed to be assisting in this refund. I have been attempting to get a refund for about a month, but no one has responded to my calls or emails. The platform works in conjunction with Trade View, 3commas, and a broker. 3commas suspended all the accounts due to problems with Wealthy Leads API, so Im not able to use the service even if I wanted to continue. All I want is the refund and I will go my way and avoid civil litigation. Signals were sent by tradingView, but they were never received or executed by 3Commas and no trades were ever preformed. I want to redeem my money back guarantee as it states within the ************************************* Please have some integrity and honor this moneyback guarantee claim.

    The image the customer provided just shows a reminder that 3commas was removing support for crypto.com because of their API updated. It does not say anything about the customers accounts being shut down like he is saying.

    Hi, I purchased a program ********************************************** for $1,000 but the service this company provides is very poor, videos they provide are misleading, service they provide is awful, they even didn't provide me with an agreement copy. Zoom session I booked was delayed by 20 min and tech was not able to help me. I tried to contact them numerous times, but no luck. Need my refund asap.

    Jan 22, 2024, I authorized a purchase of $997.00 for a software 'bot' for automated trading. I was also charged an unauthorized amount of $797.00. I was not aware of the unauthorized charge until I started to file a fraud claim with Mercury Credit Card. I have contacted Wealthy Leads for various reasons; copies of emails are attached. One was to ask about the $250 BTC Binus for early buyers (I have attached the screen shot showing I was an early 'victim') and received no response. I then contacted them concerning the operation of the bot, no response. Then I asked them to issue a refund as per their guarantee (screen shot of guarantee attached). I have had no response concerning the ineffectiveness of the 'bot', my BTC Bonus, Refund, and now unauthorized charge. I have also attached the complaint filed with the ********************

    12/26/2023 wealthy leads charged $997. I tried to follow the steps and videos to do all the multiple set *** of the 3 different accounts. On video 4 after watching several times and trying to do the set up, it would not work. I replied to the introductory email that ******** sent. Then I sent a text to the contact that made sure my charge went through. After the experience on having to contact multiple people just to try to get answers and not having an 1800 number to call. I just wanted to cancel, so on 1/25/2024 sent an email to ******** and to billing email that I was given. Send 2nd cancellation email 1/30/2024. No reply from billing on the return of the funds.

    I followed a webinar on wealthy leads . And I opened and account buying the apex box . To be able to trade . But this is causing a problem for I did not plan it will be this much money .     I paid this company to invest into the Crypto market. They offered an automated AI *** that would do automated crypto trading 24/7. Unfortunately, after I signed up and started the system, I had financial hardships that continued through the rest of the year. Therefore, I stopped paying attention to this system. With the start of the new year, I went to check on my account. I expected there to be profit as this system was theoretically trading 24/7 for several months. There SHOULD be profit. However, I noticed that there was no profit and that the *** was not trading.I emailed the company several times asking for help and/or an explanation. They haven't responded.I'm guessing that I was scammed out of $1,500.I see other complaints. Is there a class action suit that anyone knows of?
