            This is inference to my ***************** I have been back and forth in emails for 2 to 3 years already about a huge huge tree that has not been managed what so ever!!!!! This Tree has damaged my front patio tile floors and has damaged my car painting.. they keep telling me am on the list, then they tell me to get if trimmed myself that they will reimburse me, then they say they have no money for that typenof quote.. is just crazy..

            If I could give the 0 stars I would. currently on the phone on hold for 52 minutes. Complete disregard for other people's time. call from another number and they will put you on hold without allowing you to say a word!

            Our office has a life receptionist and we answer all calls in a timely manner. We are closed for lunch from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm. If calls are made within that time frame they may not be answered. We also have implemented a system that all calls are returned before the end of the business day, and stays in our call log. We have made an investigation and we do not have any calls from the person filing the complaint.
