  I ordered 1 and got one free, which wasn't free. They charged for both pairs. I checked no on shipping insurance, and after transaction was done they had added it back. An extra $5.00. When I finally got someone on the phone they said they couldn't return that money because the order was done. I received the shoes and decided to test them out. I wore them walking for a couple hours and my feet hurt so bad. I don't hurt like that in my thongs! AND the SOLE of the shoes are not water proof!! Nothing is mentioned about that anywhere!! They are crooks! Never again ??

  they do not deliver your shoes. they have zero customer service. they do NOT care once you pay for the shoes. why I only bought once. still have NOT received.

  I experienced the worst customer service department that I have ever dealt with. This is the reason I gave just 1 star & if I could, I would give them none. Try dealing with another company who has good ratings. Definitely not this company. Very unhappy with their response in relations to my problem that I had with them & told them I would make others aware about them. They truly do not care about you. Wrong attitude to have as they should be there to make the customer happy & want to order more products from them. Stay away.

  SAME BUSINESS ADDRESS AS "LACCETI". I ordered shoes from "***********" by way of ************. They are described as "Italian Leather" well made sandals. It took almost 2mths before they came. When they arrived, they were cheap rubber bottom, maybe $5 sandals with glue on the sides of them. I reached out to them the same day of delivery. Their claim is to send them back, at MY cost, to ********* with a 30% refund(!!?) I spent $66.89 in total. The return shipped address they came from is *****************************************. That is the address for "HIKE FOOTWEAR" (??) BUYERS BEWARE!!

  Bought 3 pair of same size shoe, all 3 pair were sized differently when they arrived. One pair fit correctly, one too small to wear, one could be worn but tight. Threw away the brown pair (the only one that fit) after a couple of wears due to extreme foul odor coming from material of the shoe. Gave away the other 2 pair. There is basically no return policy that is acceptable or customer support.

  I'd give zero stars if possible Don't buy shoes from Hike. I ordered 1 pair of Barefoot Sandals from them Sent me 2 pairs. Called to return them. Was on hold for over 90 minutes. A man answered. He told me to keep the sandals to give to family or friends. Then order another pair. Are you kidding me? I need the $120 refund to order another pair! Asked him to send email with return address and instructions. I received an email with a fake link. Got an error message. I have called. Emailed several times. No response. How do I get a refund? They have lots of information on how to return with customer paying for shipping! No address provided. **************** is ridiculous! No way to contact them except for long hold time on phone. Or email they won't answer. Now the Hike Footware is on ******! I tried to contact ****** to complain. No response from them either. The shoes are made in *****. The sneakers I bought are fine. I like them. But not the sandals. Wrong size and ugly color! Please help and report them to ******!

  I have three pairs of Hike Footwear. After wearing one of them only about ten times or so, one of the little plastic clips on the laces broke. It will not keep the lace tight anymore. I called Hike and was dissapointed to learn that what I considered a defect was going to cost me $5 for new laces. On top of that, the minimum order is $10, so that is what it would cost to fix the problem. I do consider this defective merchandise, but Hike will not stand by their product. I stated this to the person that I was talking to from **************** and they said they were sorry I felt this way, but that was all. There are other brands of this type of shoes, and I would recommend shopping elsewhere. ****** **** *****

  I have bought 3 different pairs of this brand shoes, and love all of them. Right size and color. Love going barefoot as much as possible, and these shoes are the next best thing that I have found. They helped reduce foot and leg pain from standing on concrete for 7-8 hours, 5 days a week. Plan on getting my next pair from them.

  I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Hike. I opened one package and they were to small. I wrote return to sender on them. I paid to send back the opened package. Because they went back to the original address and not **********, Hike will not refund me my money. I paid ****** for them. Hike will only give me *****, 30% of my money. Thats just wrong. They should not be allowed to get away with this
