              A/C serviced our ** condo by someone who did not speak one word of English - difficult to explain the problem to him. Then he wants Credit Card auth & immediate payment from my Tenant, and provides a bill written Entirely in Spanish! I need a bill in English. Called the company 4 times asking but they only take a msgs. Today they give me the Mgr name (*************************) & direct phone *************) but repeated calls only gets an announcement that the "mailbox is full"They've been paid in Full. I need a bill written in English!! (see attachment)

              Absolutely horrible. They put in an AC unit in 2019 for a condo we purchased in 2021. It went out every few months and we continues to call them. Paying a few hundred each time. After a year of this th we told us that it was most likely an issue that wasnt covered by warranty so we would need to purchase another AC. We called ********** and they came out and advised that the unit was as put in incorrectly. It now works after they redid the duct work and reinstalled it correctly. To say this company is incompetent and are crooks is an understatement. We spent thousands and were lied to again and again.
