My dance ministry has ordered garments 3 to 4 months ago, and have not received orders. The company will not answer phone or retunes calls. Last time speaking with owner he stated that he would call back but *****. We have spent over $300 on garments.Business Response

On April 14,2023 and May 15,2023. I made purchase for garments for that I didn't receive at all even though I was told I would them by my recital date which was **** 25,2023. I have spoken with the owner and they have given me the run around and claiming they will send me my refund and my garments for the inconvenience and I have receive any thing. I ordered $127 worth of products. One Holy Fire Tunic was missing from the package when received. I was told that the missing item was on back order. I have called and sent several emails with no response. The missing item was $42. I wish that I had been given a refund instead of them holding my funds. I don't want an explanation. I made an online purchase on 2/13/23 and have not received my product/order. Have made countless attempts to reach someone and my calls and voicemails have gone unanswered. My sister finally got a hold a hold of them in May and she was told the material was on backorder and should arrive by end of June. Hi, I dont recall seeing your email. It must have gotten deleted for thinking it was spam. The owner of rejoice did call to say I was being refunded but that was roughly three weeks ago and Im still waiting on a refund.I have left three voicemails since then and no response.Are you able to reopen and follow up with this establishment?I read other complaints about the length of time to get a refund and I read others are still waiting on refunds.Initial Complaint

I ordered this dance garment back on March 7, 2023. A month ahead of when I needed this dance garment to dance minister in for Easter 2023. I called and called and was repeatedly promised that I would receive my dance garment on time. Then a couple of days before Easter they stated that the fabric was on back order, but would be in soon. April, May, and June have passed, and still no dance garment. I paid $90.45. My order number is ******. I spoke with someone on 05/24/2023 at 12:17 pm to request a refund for the cost of the items I purchased. I was ensure that I would receive my refund within 2-3 business days. 2-3 business days passed, so I called again on 06/09/23 at 1:16 p.m. and this time I was told that the manager stated again that I will receive my refund within 2-3 business days. I still haven't received my refund as of today. So the last time I called, I left a voice message for the owner, ****************, on 06/17/23 at 8:08 a.m. to explain the whole situation to him and how this is beyond unprofessional that I did not receive my refund as of yet. I ordered dance attire in January of this year for our Easter program. I called emailed and messaged the company several times in March and they did not respond. Once they responded I was told that because their fabric provider did not have the fabric needed for the dance attire that I ordered, they were unable to fulfill the order at that time. The problem is that I have changed my date for the recital twice. Parents are outraged and want their money back. Our recital was to be last Saturday. I had to cancel that one. Supply chain issues are a real problem for us a this ti-me. I'm working on getting fabric from other suppliers.

In early March I had ordered a garment for a service that was displayed as in cutting. The owner stated his reasoning on social media which I respected. Its been over a month since I have received my order and it still says Im cutting. Being that I no longer needed the order I asked for it to be cancelled. I have reached out to the business and left numerous voicemails and to this very day I have recorded no call back or email Im regards to my order. I placed an order with Rejoice Dance Ministry 2 months ago on March 6, 2023 as part of their promotion for Easter holiday which was on April 9, 2023. As of May 8, 2023 - I still do not have my order nor have they provided me with a ship date. When I call, no one answers and the one time I spoke to someone they promised to be in touch and that some of my items (palazzo pants, skirt) should be ready to ship soon but the dress they did not have fabric for yet. I never got a call or update. The status of my order has been on "In Cutting" for several weeks. I have sent an email to ******************************* demanding a refund. My order invoice and account status is attached. I am due $115.60. I placed an order for a liturgical dance garments order on February 9th 2023. I was advised to allow at least 3 weeks for my order to ship. February the 14th I received an email saying they were trying to reach me about my garments. I Called them and someone wanted to confirm the size of the garments ordered. Initially I was able to check the order status on their website and it would say the order was " In Cutting" I became worried when the ability to check the status seemingly disappeared and I was no longer able to check order status on their website. It was saying order can't be found. I left repeated voice-mail messages and emails requesting a phone call to assure the status of my order. Then on March 21st I get an email which is an apology filled with excuses about why the order has not shipped. The excuses ranged from being in the hospital with a blood infection, no longer having a receptionist and issues with the supply chain. I empathize if all of that was really going on however, I know there is more than 2 people in that company and someone should have called me instead of sending an email full of excuses. Its March 31 and I still don't have my order which I paid $247 50 for. I would like my garments to be sent ASAP otherwise I want a refund because my dance ministry has been delayed because of not having our garments.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company in December 2022. I called January February and March and no one will pick up the phone but just a few times and then when you pick up the phone they lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. But if you call back the next day, they tell you oh we still making it. They make it here is in the warehouse, then when you asked for a refund, he lie and say well let me get to the manager and there is no manager they just full of lies and cant be trusted.
