    I purchased a ECM module for my Infinity that cost $850 that was refurbished and took 2 weeks to get delivered. When the Mobile Programmer came to my home and installed the module the *** number was wrong on the module. Did not match my *** on the car. Had to hire a OEM Infiniti programmer out of state to program the module via wifi, while doing so he found out that the module was for a all wheel drive Infiniti X, not the 2 wheel drive that I have. So the check engine soon light was still on after he got all the program info in the module. The light is on because the computer is reading for 4 wheels not the 2 wheel drive that I have. So after contacting the store they said that I needed to return the module so they can send it back and correct the problem. Well the module is installed which took 2 hours of tearing out the passenger side dash behind the glove box. So taking it out and bringing it back was not an option due to the cost involved with the mobile mechanic. They told me that since I went ahead and programed it my self that they could not do anything. They should refund me some of the cost because they are accusing me of going around them. Another 2 weeks to correct there mistake is unacceptable. This company has very bad customer service and cannot be trusted to me anyway.

    I recently sent an *** in for reprogramming. Was told they could add 100 hp to my Semi's ***. After receiving it back it did not have the mounting plate that was sent with it. Called them and they would ship it out that day for a fee, which I argued that I shouldn't have to pay, finally agreed to just so I can get it back and be done with it. Agreed to pay extra $50 to get 2nd day air, which finally showed up 6 days later. They blamed it on **** then they would file a claim to *** for a refund, for whatever reason. In the meanwhile, one of the gentlemen claimed that the *** i sent them, couldn't be programmed for an additional 100 hp that the "salesman" originally told me it could. Instead of paying $300 for 100hp upgrade, i only got 30hp, for $450 after shipping the *** and the plate separate. Not to mention the truck be down for 2 1/2 weeks.
