In late March 2022 I contacted Sunbelt directly via phone call after messaging their authorized **** retailer- Automotive- Cooling regarding a Lifetime Warranty replacement for the radiator I purchased from them on May 8, 2018 Order # ************-225980697601. The radiator was leaking and spitting coolant. I messaged with an **** at Automotive Cooling and coincidentally I spoke with another **** at Sunbelt who confirmed Automotive Cooling was their authorized retailer and rudely confirmed the required warranty steps as they, Sunbelt, are who set the warranty submission requirements and process the warranty submissions. I delayed submission as one requirement is removing the radiator to get a picture of a hidden # and pictures from all angles including the leaking areas. This places consumers with double labor fees and leaves them without transportation just to get a replacement. Which I never received. I submitted the warranty replacement request to Automotive-Cooling on 8/1/22 & 8/10/22 after being instructed to do it through email by **** at Automotive-cooling, not through ****. Very shady. No confirmation, no replacement received, no reply at all after the submissions. I then submitted the request for warranty replacement on 8/28/22 directly to Sunbelt as they would be the ones processing the warranty submission from Automotive-Cooling anyway. No confirmation, no replacement received, no reply at all after that submission. And Yes, I have checked my spam/junk mail. I just want them to honor their brightly advertised LIFETIME WARRANTY promise. Not much to ask after spending money with them, now triple labor fees, and the continued inconvenience it has caused ******* family.

    Business Response

    Date: 09/28/2022

    Hello ***************************,

As we are the manufacture of the product, all warranty submissions must come from the **** seller as the product was sold to them then to you.

I will reach out to Automotive Cooling and determine what the happen.

Automotive Cooling will be in contact with you to resolve the issue that you are having.

    Thank you

I am rejecting this response because Automotive Cooling selling through **** has a seller named **** who has corresponded with me through **** message and you, the manufacturer, have an employee named ********** spoke with via phone directly.  Way Too coincidental. Warranty Submission directions in my **** messages from **** are exactly what your **** described via phone to ***. And, your authorized seller, **********motive cooling,  blocked me from contacting him through his **** profile after I complained about his conduct. I had to reply to an old message in my message from him in my message history to contact him. He told me to submit my request to him because we were messaging through the **** platform and then gave me an email to submit the warranty request outside the **** platform. All he had to do is unblock me but he didnt because he had no intension of fulfilling m/ passing on to you, Sunbelt, the request. Hwanted to be untraced in his neglect to honor the Lifetime warranty.

    Sincerely,
