On 12/30/21 I went to RGA Media System to inquire about CYTV system. I like the product, so I bought the system, I put $173.40 on my visa card. On 1/27/ 22 I went back to RGA Media system and paid $210.00 for the year paid by check. On 1/28/ 22 my credit card statement came in, I notice The Computer Guys on my statement, I never heard of this company, so I called visa, and told the person I was talking to, I never heard of this company. Visa automatically cancels your credit card and issue a new card. On 2/11/22 person from RGA Media System, I think her name is Lea, said did I cancel my credit card. I thought about it, then I ask her are you called the Computer Guys, then Lea stated that is their sister company that does the billing, then I told I did not know that, then I said to her, you should tell the customers that, so when they get their credit card statement the customer will know what it is. Now the boss wants me to pay $249.00 or something close to it, instead of $173.40, because Bank of America charge RGA Media System for the transaction. I told Lea I will $173.40 not the other amount, because this is not my fault, you should have told your customers, you have another company that does the billing. Then I said to Lea, you would have done the same thing if you saw something suspicious on your credit statement, Lea did not respond to that. I was talking to a friend of mine, who told about CYTV system, he said the same thing happen to him, when he saw his credit statement, and saw the name The Computer Guys. RGA Media System moved to a new location, 2615 n. Florida Ave. Hernando Fl 34442. On 2/14/22 RGA Media System turn my CYTV box off. Lea said to me, she is only the middle person, it is the boss, who wants to pay the extra amount. I responded to her, said your boss doesn't care about the customer, he only cares what goes into his pockets. If RGA Media System won't let me pay the $173.40, then I want my $210.00 back that I paid for the year. Thank you.
