      They are ********, they continue to deceive many with the deception of the free sample and they charge you the 198 dollars the next month even if you return the product , but they did not even send me the proof and charged me the 189 dollars , they behaved badly when claiming this and told me to complain with the BBB that they do not care about anything.

      Very aggressive attitude, the 60days return policy was not applied to my case, they are threatening to not refund if I don't send it back before 2/28 ?? If you're in a rush, just send me a prepaid return label . I'm definitely going to post my review for other people to not deal with you ever. Very insulting experience.

The order you placed on 2/9/25 has a 60-day return window, which means you need to have the item back to us by 5/16/25, because that is 60 days from the date your order was delivered (2/14/25). I am not sure where you got that initial date but that information is incorrect. Please call us at ************ if you have any more questions.

      I am horrified that I spent 200 hundreds dollars on a ineffective Cream that is completely useless. I want my money back. I will tell everyone not to but this c*** You should be ashamed of yourselves ripping people off.

      This is a scam. I purchased the product in January. In March, I received an email from PayPal saying Im being charged again. I never signed up for a subscription. I contacted customer service and received a written email saying that I will be refunded and the subscription will be cancelled. Despite this, in July, I receive an email from PayPal AGAIN saying they are shipping the product and Im being charged. I called customer service again, on a Tuesday and the message says their customer service is closed. I made multiple attempts to call, all during business hours and the phone number is not functioning.

      I ordered once from this company dissatisfied with the product. The company tried to auto send the product a second time. Contacted the company had the second order stopped months ago and behold today I get a message from PayPal that they are shipping product and charging me again!!!Not a happy nor satisfied customer.

      This company is totally misleading people into ordering the trial and then charging them &****** for a tube of cream! My card was charged $189 on Feb 23 after I ordered the trial. Called customer service and they were very rude! Dont order from this company!

      This customer has been refunded because she filed a RDR (Rapid Dispute Resolution) with their bank. She placed an order for the trial period and contacted us for a resolution when she was charged. Our customer service team was unauthorized to offer a refund at the time of contact because of the dispute. It a copy of the refund receipt is needed, please let me know.

      Life Cell ***** Beach anti aging cream tan an ad on ******** giving a free sample to try for only 4.95 shipping. I thought ok, Ill try it before I spend that kind of money first. Well, the sample came and the first red flag was that it was an awfully large sample. A day after the arrival I got an email congratulating me on my $198.00 a month subscription to Life Cell. I was so angry I immediately emailed them back and cancelled but was still charged $198.00 a month later even after returning the unopened tube. If you have to manipulate customers to sell your products you are not someone I want to do business with. Im not rich and work hard for my money. Never again. Terrible company.

      This is a scam company. They get you in with a $4.25 trial then charge your card $189 if you dont return it within the 30 days. Even though this is opposite of what their site says. Its a scam. Paying nearly $200 for a small tube of cream and then having to pay another almost $200 for another all while thinking you are just trying out a product is a SCAM

      Do not buy any products from Life Cell. Their products dont work and they make false claims. The before/after pictures are fake. Save your money.
