Dr. ********************** ********************** M.D. ***** charged me $2500 for my delivery fee and we agreed on 5 $500 payment increments. I went to see her 2x and the first time she charged me for the ultrasound and the visit. I changed my insurance and let her know and she didn't take my information. I went for the 2nd time and I payed my first $500 delivery fee, she didn't do any check *** on my body she only charged me and sent me home. I have full ******** now and she wanted me to switch to a different plan when the plan I have is perfectly covered by her practice. I called a week later to cancel my services with her because she was giving me the round-around. She wasn't picking up my calls so I showed up to the office and the receptionist told me she would call me before end of day. I went to the hospital later that night because my water ruptured. The hospital said they would take care of me and on Monday I called Dr. ********************** multiple times during the day she would not answer. I called through the hospital line and she answered when I told her my situation and that I was going to be seen by a doctor at the hospital that I wanted my refund she refused and said she was only giving me a partial because she needs to charge me for my last visit which she didn't do anything on me I only went to pay my delivery fee in cash. She told me I had to wait a week and she would give me a check with a partial amount. I had the police go to her office because my husband was there to collect my deposit and she closed the office down and wouldn't let anyone in. I just want my $500 deposit for my delivery fee since I no longer will need her services. I also want her to bill the insurance for any claims she thinks she did, which would be fraud because i wasn't touched by her.

Patient presented to office with insurance that had $9200 deductible on her policy before payment for services starts.  Patient was charged fees according to her insurance fee schedule for visits and ultrasounds.  One day patient calls the office, says that she got ******** and demands all her money back.  Patient does not provide ******** insurance name or id information, nor when the insurance started.  Patient is told that her private insurance is still her primary, and we don't know if we are providers for her ********, since she does not know which ******** she got.  She and her husband start calling office, harass and curse at staff members, threaten doctor and staff members, and demand money back.  She even shows up to office in person and screams and yells demanding money in cash now.  All this a day after she called us with new insurance and still does not know the name of the insurance.  She is called back and told that it will take us a couple of days to issue her a check to refund her money and discharge her as a patient.  The next day her husband shows up with police when there is nobody in office and makes all kind of threats demanding her money.  We refund money to patient in a form of bank check, in the presence of witnesses and obtain her signature that she received the check.  However, patient had a preterm delivery.  Her husband called the office after delivery and made serious scary threats to doctor, even though we have nothing to do with her care and money is already refunded. This couple makes inappropriate serious threats to our doctor and business, and we may have to get police involved to obtain protection.

Dr. ********************** came to the hospital right before I was getting ready for an emergency c-section with a check of $410. Shortening me of $90 for going to her office, stating I had a copay through the insurance and I told her I saw the insurance bill and she never charged them that she needs to go through ******** and send a claim to them and refund me the $90. Dr. ********************** refused and said she wasn't going to do such thing and tried arguing with me while I was in critical condition making my blood pressure rise. The nurses had to remove her from my bedside to bring my ** back to normal. At the office visit Dr. ********************** did not do any check up on my body, she is charging me for a visit I only went to pay for my delivery fee. I feel as though she is being a fraud by not filing a claim with insurance and causing health issues just to be the loudest in the room. I've never had a situation like this in my life.
