  On December 6, 2023, my vehicle was Illegally towed by this company, from my driveway not only did they towed my vehicle illegally they broke into my vehicle. causing the shifter bushing to be damaged.I have a valid plate and a permit from the association to park at my residence. when they realized they made a mistake they brought my vehicle back at a later time, I called 911 to report the incident. and tried to resolve the issue with the towing company directly with no success.they simply denied the whole thing with arrogance. they even hung up the phone on me when I tried to complaint a few times about it, they even called me a liar. this people are so arrogant and don't treat people with respect.But little did they know that I had the whole thing caught on surveillance video. the person who answered the phone told me they don't go into people's cars. which is a lie and that every towing truck is equipped with cameras. A few days later my neighbor's car has also been towed and a police officer was at the scene, I told the police officer what had happened a few days ago with my vehicle and showed him the video. the police officer proceeded to call the so call (supervisor) who spoked very little English.and he had the audacity to tell the police officer that my vehicle was towed a few nights ago because it was illegally park and that he had proof. well, he was never able to show the picture with my vehicle illegally park because It never was. in fact, the police officer told him I just saw a video were he was never illegally park, and you just towed this man's vehicle from his driveway. I was told by the so call night supervisor to contact the association to get things resolved, the lady at the association called the owner of the towing company who promise everything will be resolved and just to get in touch with *******. who conveniently told me I need to go to see him from Monday to Friday from 2-5PM just when everyone is working.

  On Friday 1/26/24 I arrived at my in laws house at 11:20pm. Once I was welcomed inside my in laws house I told my sister in law to register my truck. I have proof that my truck was registered at 11:26pm. (Registration proof) When I leave at 2:07am, my truck is not outside. After being left on hold for over 20mins, the lady tells me that my truck was towed at 11:40pm on 1/26/24. Not only was that incorrect but, the name of the supposed company that send her the message (security company) is incorrect. The association where my sister in law lives uses ******************* with ******************************* not 5 ************** like I was falsely given. I had to eventually pay, but she refused to give me a copy of a document she had me sign. The police who was there even asked her why not and she would only repeat my manager said! The police had me take a picture of my signed copy and she handed me a non signed one as my copy.

  My vehicle was towed from my place of employment without notice. All ways towing and storage **** in the ********************* towed my vehicle to there establishment and jammed it into there small tow yard causing damage to my bumper and my stabilizer bar. I asked how were they going about fixing my vehicle and for their insurance information and was told leave and fix my own vehicle

  My vehicle was towed by this company late Friday night/early Saturday morning. But turns out it wasnt done correctly, it was never reported into their system that they took my car. According to what the company themselves told me, the driver must go directly back to yard when a vehicle is towed and must be reported to the local police department within 30 minutes of that tow. When I called their office Saturday morning after providing a description of the car, license plate and vin number I was advised they did not have car and I should call *************************. When I spoke with the police department they confirmed the vehicle wasnt reported towed by any company. A dispatch officer came to the apartment to do get down information and do a mini investigation and he even told me the tow company has a history of not following the rules set in place when it comes to towing. 5 minutes after I left the officer he called someone at the tow yard and asked if they can physically check if the car was there and it was confirmed there by an employee named ******. When I called the tow yard Monday morning to pick up the vehicle, clearly they still document anything because they claimed not to have the car and no one was willing to look in the yard even after I told them it was confirmed to be there Saturday afternoon. I went to the tow yard location on *************************************** **************, ** and it was the very first vehicle I saw. I was asked to $300 to have the vehicle released to me but I cant help but think it went down so crookedly just so they can attempt to get more storage fees.

  My rental vehicle was parked in the towing space with a handicap placard this company then steals my car and takes it to the pound ! They have no right whatsoever to tow a handicap vehicle! Out a state registered place ! This tow company is in complete violation of all laws of the state ! They are crooks !

  I had a motorhome that was towed for being illegally parked. when I arrived to pay for it and pick it up I was being charged for a d class vehicle (30,000lbs+) which my motorhome is not based on the paperwork (17,000lbs) which mkes this a class c vehicle for towing purposes. This made the price more what it should have been. The manager was not in and the front desk person called to point this out but, the manager just said that he saw the pictures and filed it as a class d. There was also not clear communication on pricing when I called to find out where the vehicle had been towed and how much it was. I was told $500 on the phone but that price changed when I got there. I was also sent to where the vehicle was located but was then sent to another location 10 minutes away to pay and then had to go 10 minutes back to pick up the vehicle. At the end of the day I should have only had to pay for a class c vehicle for the towing cost which would have only cost $1,464.13

  This company has a contract with the apartment block where I live and I am more than 100% sure they are committing frauds daily just to tow peoples cars and make money off of someone's situation.What happened to me is that their driver came overnight which is what they do and started looking at the out of the state license plate, considering that no one but police can know if your car is registered or not, a driver made an assumption that my tag is "altered" and towed my vehicle this happened on night between Thursday and Friday *****th of June, when I went there next morning to pickup my car I didn't argue I paid nicely $200 in order to pickup my car and asked them why was my car towed, they stated they don't have me in a ******* system?What system they are private company they can not and should not have mr in any system, furthermore I asked the driver considering my car clearly has apartment block placard (sticker) why did he went ahead and towed my car, he made a statement that he "thought" my plate is altered.Their window for pickup is bulletproof 5" thick glass and you have to push your paperwork through a 4x4inch square to a lady that is super rude and "I know it all" type of attitude, once you do that you go in the back through 11' with privacy screens all around.They tow cars if you are not parked in head in, they tow if you have out of *************** no matter if your car is registered or no, they tow your car if it's slightly off in the parking spot even though it's not crossing they lines and the worst of it all is if you have a friend coming over and they stay a minute literally a minute after 10pm their car will be towed.So you tell me how can one extremely shady company run hand in hand with the apartment block and do all of these things illegally towing peoples cars while they sleep and next morning they can't go to work?I lost day at work, $200, a lot of frustration and what I got in return, towed car for out of ***********.

  This company towed my car ********* ***** from my where I live and carelessly damaged my car (front bumper) to where its literally missing pieces when I came to get it and nearly falling off with cracked areas. I usually dont leave bbb reviews , however , these damages will cost me thousands of dollars and will need this company to fix the damages they caused .

  On July 30th, 2022.Always Towing initiated an illegal tow of my vehicle from my assigned unit space at my condominium complex at ********************************************************** ** 33021.My *********************** is Universal Consultants and they confirmed that no towing order was submitted.In retrieving my vehicle I was forced to loose 3 days of pay, as well as pay a UBER driver to their towing lot.Towing Fee was $160.00 I tried follow up contact with Always Towing the adjacent Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday to ensure my vehicle would not be towed again.Chino is the dispatcher and answers the phone, he exhibited extremely rude behavior and I was treated as a common criminal. His refusal to acknowledge the illegal tow and his refusal to contact the towing operator to ensure my vehicle would be safe until Monday morning is inexcusable. August 5th, ****** the manager finally spoke to me in the phone. Only after my ***************** had confirmed the tow was not requested and the tow was from an assigned unit space. Verbally ****** did apologize and acknowledge the tow was an oversight and agreed to send me a check for the towing refund.As of this date, I along with my ***************** Management team have continued to request the refund and neither parties can ever get an answer from ******. And my **************** Team has his direct cellular number, he is refusing to take any calls or text messages.Everytime I call in I am again forced to speak to *****, explain in detail the situation, only to be told ****** and owner Alexandria are never in.At this point my management team or myself are requesting assistance on a weekly basis.

  This place is super shady and unprofessional. As I was trying to retrieve my clothing and other belongings from a towed vehicle on July 25th, 2022, they kept on making excuses as to why I couldnt see the vehicle, had me wait for over an hour, to then literally BREAK IN and ROB the vehicle. After they literally CLEANED the vehicle out of every single item inside of it, they told me I go to the vehicle, and acted very nonchalant and confused when I mentioned to them that the vehicle had been robbed. When I requested camera footage, the employee left and did not come back. Honestly I shouldve called the police for theft, but he was probably deleting the footage. This place is a joke. Dont support this pathetic excuse of a business.
