    One of our vehicles was involved in an accident when our driver had a medical emergency and drifted his truck into the median. Our driver, unfortunately, died due to the medical emergency. Our vehicle has been impounded at AAAA Crosstown Towing & Recovery pending FHP investigation. FHP has finished their investigation, but the tow company is trying to charge us $4,000 to retrieve our vehicle. I spoke to the victims unit who confirmed the lot can not charge us for the time the vehicle was on hold pending investigation, only for the time the vehicle was released by FHP - 12 days as of today, so a total of $410. When I called the lot to tell them we would be coming to pick up the truck and pay the $410 amount, and that I had confirmed with FHP they could not charge us more, the lady said "Have a good day, I'm sending this truck to auction." and hung up on me. I've called them back to give them the opportunity to make this right, and have not received a response. I will be getting the police involved to retrieve our vehicle.

    I was in a car crash and taken to the hospital. my car was towed. I went the next day to get my car and they told me i had to pay ****** dollar to get it out from the yard ....

         My response to the car being on top of my car: The car was not on top of my car. I have pictures of my car, which clearly show that the other car was never on top of mine. My car was parked about 10 feet away

     

     

    SHE WAS TOLD HER CONTACT THE PERSON WHO LANDED ON TOP OF HER INSURANCE AND THEY WILL COVER ALL CARS INVOLED. HER CAR IS STILL HERE WITH NO CONTACT FROM HER OR ANYONE ELSE ON THIS ISSUSE 

     

              Yes, I made a call on November 6, 2023, and had a conversation with *******. During our discussion, she informed me that I needed to pay $927.00 to retrieve my belongings or wait for the insurance company. I want to emphasize that I have all of my personal items, including my work badge and computer, among other personal belongings.
    Regarding the claim that the car was on top of my car, I must clarify that this is not accurate. I have photographic evidence that clearly shows the other car was not on top of mine. My car was parked at a distance of about 10 feet. As for the cleanup, I can confirm that I witnessed the fire department handling the cleanup, and there are other witnesses who can attest to the same

    Crosstown Towing responded to a traffic accident involving my daughter and her vehicle to the request of the State Trooper responding to the site. Crosstown Towing towed my daughter's vehicle to their yard but denied Insurance Adjuster access to take pictures of the vehicle for Insurance Purposes. I called Crosstown Towing to make arrangement for access to vehicle but they continue to deny access.

    My car was towed away, out of my own parking lot. And my car is under my brothers name. I brought them renter agreement, they said im faking it (forged the signature), even if it was signed by notary.This company doesn't allow me to retrieve my stuff nor my car for 3 days. I have all the paperwork that the car is in fact mine. The lady is rude, slammed the door on me. Cursed me out and i was shocked because how in the world u can talk to people like that. Especially for customers. My car was towed away on may 3d and i still dont have my car. I called police on that lady, she ran away pretending she is on lunch. They know what they are doing. Up charging people, using their cars and damaging it. Im the first one who is dealing with them. **** really a dangerous company, i feel threatened because they kicked me out and cursed me out. The lady who works there needs to learn how to speak with clients. I still didnt see my car but i hope its ok. Because i have a collectible car and its has a sentimental value for **** called police and they came to the towing place , but she was long gone and her employee connect ** to her. She lies to police and police said they will ****** me next time,because i feel threatened, To resolve this situation.Please help me to retrieve my car from this people. I hope its not damaged. I have pictures prior to towing, inside outside. And i will also email my pictures after retrieving car. There is no way such a company can operate in this Country My neighbors told me they rob cars and damage them. Because they had same problem with this company. And if they confront them because the robbery, they just kick them out and never open the door. They are doing whatever they want and nobody researches their business activities I hope you will help me ??

    I was involved in highway car accident and Crosstown Towing was called by the state trooper .When the driver got there I asked him if it would be any difference in price to Tow it directly to body shop or to pick it up from their yard .He said no the fee would be $214 plus 6 per mile and I thought since it was very late at night and I wasn't able to make any arrangements, it would be better to use their facilities.When I came to pick up the car next morning the charge was $465.61 and they put lots of effort not to release the car to me so they can keep for another day and charge me for the storage again .Fist they said that since my car under corporation name that I have to bring a notarized letter on my company letterhead authorizing me to drive this but when I showed them the registration that also had my personal name next to company name they still refused to release the car and slam the mettle gate window on me almost snapping my fingers. When I called the cops they opened the window I told me that they will release the car but only when the other Towing company gets there and I have to be present and pay only cash.This company and their staff are extremely rude,dishonest and unprofessional.When I spoke to my bodyshop guys they told me that this is a very known fact about this company and they being operated for vary long time without any problems because they friends with many cops and officials in the area.In my opinion the company with this many horrible complaints and reviews should have been discipline and forbidden to serve the public.
