    Hello,I truly hope this does some good for all of the apartments in our building. We live at ************************************************************************************************. Our caretaker or business manager of the building is H3333**32****31383334H the manager is *****. We have emailed them and called them at least 20 times in the past few months for several reasons. The main reason is the washer and dryer on the facility is continually broke usually due to plumbing which is clearly written in our lease that is landlord&#**;s responsibility this particular time that it is broken they have chosen to put a padlock on the door to the laundry room for the past 10 days instead of fixing it. This may seem like an inconvenience to most however I am a disabled woman I cannot leave the house I have brain damage and I use a cane to walk and I have a displaced disc in my neck that is going to require surgery so I do not leave my house often it is very inconvenient that the washer and dryer is always broken. When I call the building manager to ask about it they tell me she is always busy or they hang up on me and laugh before they do it. Also there was a flood in the building and somehow some of the wood and molding in the building has started to rot it is very hazardous to our health we have mentioned it several times nothing has been done along with the rotting of the wood came several roaches an infestation is what ***** called it they sent in a different company to spray as a favor they said to us. Later I spoke to one of my neighbors and it turns out that the infestation is in an all of the apartments all eight of the apartments have a ***** infestation the building managers refuse to do anything about it. Also our air conditioner is one of the wall units and it is breaking out of the wall concrete due to the flooding I have taken several pictures and sent them to the landlords and once again nothing has been done about it if there is another rain storm our air conditioning unit is simply going to fall out of the front wall and leave a giant gaping hole in our front wall which is under a glass window I imagine this will end in disaster and we will be left with no front wall. I am in a position now where I am a disabled woman who may end up with nowhere to go. Due to the negligence of a landlord who chooses to ignore all the problems in this building most of which is plumbing which is clearly labeled in my lease that is the landlord&#**;s issue we have tracked this in email that it originally started 10 days ago has a plumbing issue in the laundry room and that the landlord will fix it as quick as he can 10 days seems to be a very long time for eight apartments to be without a washer and dryer and a padlock seems to be the only fix. If any of us call their office to ask them questions about anything they tell us ***** the manager is busy and then cut us off and hang up. I have never in my adult life dealt with building manager that is so childish and neglectful towards their properties we have a kitchen drawer that was broken they chose to take it out and cover the hole with a piece of wood. That was 8 months ago we still have no kitchen drawer. There are roaches crawling all over the apartment that is a health risk no one does anything about. Last night it stormed in our back fence fell down and into the backyard. We sent photos this morning and emailed and the only thing they replied to is that the washer and dryer is not their problem which it clearly is in the lease. It is in my firm belief that this business is not real and they are into something else I&#**;ve looked them up their owner lives in ****** he has some t-shirt companies in ***** and I feel like they do not take this serious and it&#**;s a hoax of some sort the maintenance guy who does come to the building is over 75 years old and he can barely bend over. As a better Business bureau I really hope you guys can help us because as a disabled woman there&#**;s not much I can do other than just continually call and complain I have nowhere else to go.
