  They are a fraudulent organization and take your money hostage. My dad was in the hospital and I wanted out of the contract they gave me the run around for over a month. Still to this minute they will not send a release to insurance company. I called and updated them multiple times of my fathers health status. He signed with them at the end of march nothing has transpired since. He barely gotten no phone calls and the times I did speak with them I had to search for the numbers. They are reducing to release him from contract tho no work has been done and he cannot speak for himself. I spoke to ******* ********* ****** (manager) and the president ***** ******. State Farm specifically asked me to have them send a relinquished of duties. They are still refusing. This is ridiculous.

  Stay far away from this company, they are very untrustworthy and unethical and will turn around and file a lawsuit against you in a heartbeat. I think how they make their money is the lawsuits after they take the insurance money first. There are so many Public Adjusters out there, almost any one will be less headache than Bulldog - Stay far away can't stress enough!

  If I can Give 0 I would! they should be under investigation for *****. They conspired with my X husband on claims and didn't include my name on any of the checks or came out for any inspections they new I was on the deed and the mortgage and still did not put my name on anything now there is problems with the cheap work that was done and approved by them The money my X received went in to his personal account and to parting with his GF instead of repairs on the home. If the checks had my name on it this would have never happened. If they did there DUEL diligence this would have never happened. Now they will not give me any information regarding claims and payments so I have to subpoena ALL records. Ridicules

  They were quick to have me sign a contract that I would give them 20% of what the insurance company awards me. 20%!!!! Then the communication went down hill. They never contacted me with updates as to where we were in the progress of my case. Finally after having to use another adjuster, independent of the company at a cost of an addition $1500 I got a number from the insurance company. I had no idea what it was as I was not kept inform. I had to constantly call to find out what was happening. After they got the check from Insurance they calculated the amount I would get after they took out the$1500 and their 20% fee I was left with 2/3 of the award. I was sent an email granting them power of attorney for them to cash the check. from insurance. I signed it on Friday. When I called on Tuesday the **** ***** said he was waiting for it. Upon looking at his email in box he found it and told me that he hadn't read his email. I'm waiting for my money and he doesn't even read his email. No sense of urgency on his part. I called a few days later and was told that they had to wait for the insurance companies check to clear before they would send me my share. I called a few days later and he had to check his file. He then said he would check with the **** that sends out the checks. They hadn't done that and it was two more days and I called again and he said he would again check. Finally they made the label for Fed Ex to pick up the letter. There was no communication unless I initiated it and nothing was being done until I called. It was not only ***** that didn't keep me updated but also the first **** **** handing my case. ***** got into a screaming match with me and said it was my fault because I wanted to see if I could negotiate the 20% fee down. I held it up one day but not a week as what is happened. I would not deal with this company as they just don't care about getting your money to you. All they care about is getting their large piece of the pie!

  Realmente No recomiendo esta company de adjusters.Han dado largas a mi caso desde Diciembre 2022 ***** responden las llamadas o mensajes.Y cuando lo hacen solo dicen mentiras.Espero que las personas que quieran obtener la ayuda de Bulldog adjusters lean primero estos reviews, y NO LO HAGAN, se evitaran un gran dolor de cabeza

  Great company to work with. They were our advocates with our insurance company. They are the best! I would definitely recommend them if your insurance company is giving you grief. Great folks to work with.

  Beware, the will sign you at 10% of the settlement. The you will be asked to sign a contract for appraisal. At a 500 to **** dollar fee. They won't send a final invoice and the appraiser tries to take another 10% . They will break contract and steal your money. Their appraiser is a thief. I didn't even get appraisal on 5 coverages. So I'm still under water so to speak. Currently dealing with ***** and state regulators to get my check signed and get my money. We are over a year so far .

  HORRIBLE!!!! They have done nothing but take our money. We have done all the work dealing with insurance, contractors, etc. and they did nothing. They do NOT return calls, text messages or emails. It takes days and weeks to get them to sign checks over. This company was recommended by a family member. After the company got their money they can't get anyone to return phone calls either and someone from the company actually called them soliciting for their business! RUN AWAY!! Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Horrible communication. Try to get someone on the phone is ridiculous and then once you do, good luck getting someone who can actually help you.

  They got the bull correct in the name choice! Worst company I've ever had to deal with! I don't know how these people keep their jobs or how the company stays in business. Nine month process and still no work done on my ************ issued from my insurance company going on four months ago. Once they get their cut they are over the hill and far away.
