  **************** was helpful, but the shipping process was extremely ******* took over a month to receive the items I ordered, and I had to contact customer service twice to find out if my order had shipped and to request a tracking number. As a gardener, I rely on Bee Safe Organicide for my fruit and vegetable garden. While I appreciate that DK Hardware Supply was the only retailer offering this product, the long wait time was frustrating and made it difficult to maintain my gardening schedule.

  I purchased oversized items (120 in length) on the ** Hardware website with the associated shipping charges they specified given my delivery location. That shipping fee was $38.28. After purchasing I was contacted and asked to pay an additional $725 in freight charges due to the oversized length or cut the pieces down to honor the original shipping fee they charged me. There was no stipulation of this on the listing for any of the items I ordered or raised before I paid for the products. Later they pulled out a shipping term and condition that was buried in another location of their website. I needed the item in a week and selected that shipping option. The customer service process was so inefficient, through multiple emails, phone conversations, more emails to finally receive the freight charges I requested, ultimately driving me to cancel the order. This was resolved today, a week after I placed the order and when I needed the material. This company is misleading the advertised cost of their products and will not honor what they sell and believe you should pay for their mistakes. Just recognize that you are just a number and they do not truly care about the grief they caused, and wont offer any consolations for there errors. Dont let the falsely advertised prices waste your time and effort in frustrating conversations with their customer service team, or delays in having your product when you need it. I purchased this as a contractor to provide a product to my client. Unfortunately, this delay and frustration was cascaded to our customer as well. Buyer beware.

  If I could give -10 stars, I would. My item was not in stock, so my order was canceled right away. That i annoying, but in principle ok, except that I never got a refund despite several supposed emails that were pretending to process my refund. After a few of those, it has been radio silence. ***** this company. They are absolute scammers. Worse experience ever!

  Order CRL 1/2" Roll-In EPDM Gasket 100ft roll on 6/25/25, received an email confirming my order and they charged my credit card. I waited 4 days and never received an email that it shipped, called customer service, they said it will ship out today, waited never received an email that it shipped. I called the next day, they said it will ship out tomorrow, call the next day they said it will ship out today, never received an email, called the next day they said it will ship out tomorrow. I sent an email that I wanted a refund, never received an email confirming my refund request, On 07/01/25 I called customer service and requested a refund, they sent me an email confirming my cancellation. I checked my credit statement and as of 07/04/25 they still have not refunded my money.
