First day at the house its filthy, carpet torn up with nails sticking out, garage door did not work Fridge leaked, Drawers busted up front door knob barley hanging on, no response. Did not even respond to report of hurricane damage I guess because they do not care as they are just collecting while dragging out the foreclosure. Paid on time gave 60 days notice, helped him let people come and see the house. He turns around and screws me, has not returned my security nor the rent over payment. 30 days later no notice of a claim to my funds in violation of Statue 83.49 and probably others, will not respond to communication, owes me $3258. He acknowledged receipt of my new mailing address. If you see the Name Heffico , Archi t****, Sebastian S******* or Intisar S******* run away fast they will take you for your money. Search the county courts websites by these names and see if your house is in foreclosure, court records are open to public. I found lots of these cases for Archi Trust. They share the same address which looks like it's a bogus store front. Go to the Florida Attorney Generals site you can make Complaints there too, although this is Civil there could be fines if Statutes are violated and maybe someone will start to notice tenants getting screwed by these people.
