    Called my wife a **** via text message because she wasn't responding to him (Tyler). I don't think anymore needs to be said, but I live in Tampa if anyone else is getting the same harassing messages from this "Tyler" guy

    If I could Leave a negative start I would. This company took advantage of us, lied and refuse to make the situation right. All these door to door sales people just tell you what you want to hear then leave you high and dry. We bought a 45,000$ system to lower our monthly expenses (our teco bill is 350$ in the summer and we have 4 kids) our rep came into our house promising these big rebates, money back for signing up and was 100% positive that the system we got was over kill for what we would need. This would get rid of our teco bill and be just 120$ a month for the panel installments. It was a no brained. Took them weeks to come out and install. Which was fine I get it… everyone is busy right now. After the install we were told it would take 2 weeks to be inspected…. 6 months later they finally come out for the inspection to turn the system on…. Guess what.. it failed because better earth couldn’t manage to fill there paperwork out properly (after we were already told the paperwork was wrong and they had to fix it and that was the hold up) so a month or so goes by and FINALLY!!! We are live with solar and can start saving some extra money for the kids and fun days for them….. guess what. We now have a solar bill and a 200$ teco bill. They keep blowing us off, telling us oh it takes 3 months to generate the energy…. What?? Well it’s been about 5 months and we are still getting 150-200 teco bills and they are now telling us that the system is undersized and that we can pay out of pocket for more panels to be installed…. I was already promised this system was over kill and now you want me to pay for more panels??? No I’m good, come get this junk off my roof. I 10/10 recommend staying far away from these company’s unless you can engineer your own plan/ layout. We will be getting lawyers involved. Just hoping to help out anyone else who may be thinking of going solar.
