    Paid to have a UPS package sent. Package has not left the store. Receipt of transaction in hand with a date of 09 August. Item still has not been shipped and the owner refuses to give the package back so I can get it sent via another provider.

    I paid to have a $850.00 sign packed and shipped. They put the wrong street indicator NE instead of NW and that's all. They would not deliver it. I wrote an email, one of four emails to the store. They changed the address to NW but also changed the city!! Who does that? So now, they are shipping it all the back to florida per their own request. It is a fragile sign and it shouldn't be going all over the country twice. I have not heard back from the store al all regarding this issue. I gave them 4 days to pack it. They even said they were surprised by my leniency. I was hoping it would be done right. Boty was I wrong. The store you gave me as a choice didn't exist. This is the actual store:

    I want my item shipped to me. All someone had to do was to call me. UPS comes to my house almost every week. I live in town (downtown) it's common to see them every day. I flagged them down but the truck took off. I am amazed how something so simple could be so disastrously screwed up. I', worried sick they are going to break it!
