    I had an exceptional experience with my DV Inspection Services, who truly went above and beyond in every way. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism was undeniable. He approached the inspection with a level of competence and confidence that immediately put me at ease.
    What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He left no stone unturned—literally. He meticulously examined every part of the property, from the major systems down to the smallest elements that most people would overlook. It was clear that he takes pride in delivering thorough, high-quality work.
    The inspection report was equally impressive. It was organized, easy to understand, and clearly explained all findings without overwhelming me. The photos, summaries, and recommendations helped me make informed decisions and understand exactly what I was dealing with.
    If you’re looking for a home inspector who is professional, detail-oriented, and truly committed to excellence, I can’t recommend him enough. He exceeded all expectations, and I’m grateful for the peace of mind he provided during such an important process.

    ?? Five Stars for DV Home Inspections! ????? On August 18th, John Del Valle from DV Home Inspections conducted a thorough inspection of our brand new home—and we couldn’t be more impressed. Some people might think a newly built house doesn’t need inspecting, but John proved otherwise. He spent hours meticulously examining every detail, from the roof to the foundation, and uncovered several issues that the builder had to fix before closing.

    In preparing to close on a new construction home, John prepared a very detailed and concise inspection report that clearly identified areas that needed attention prior to closing. They were an amazing combination of professional knowledge, meticulous inspection, and friendly service.
