      *************************,

you originally brought your 2017 rogue into us because your air was not blowing we fixed that problem and by our error, we did not make you aware that the air was not blowing cold. When you return to the dealership, we did not charge you for labor only part due to our error. When you left, we explained to you that your Compressor was not functioning at full capacity and would eventually stopped working. We took responsibility for our error and your inconvenience and did business honestly and with integrity.

While I have had many negative experiences with car dealerships, I can only say that my car buying experience at Greenacres Nissan was great... at first. The sales staff was friendly and professional. But then... A day or so after taking my new car home I was noticing that when getting into my new car (with what I thought were leather seats) I wasn't feeling that "leather slide" you feel when sitting on a leather seat. So, I went back into my house and re-read the sticker. It said I had "PrimaTex Leatherette Seats." Huh? Leatherette? I quickly Googled "PrimaTex Leatherette" and found that this material is not leather at all but a step up from vinyl. Considering I had specifically asked my salesperson that I wanted leather seating, when he presented the car to me for approval at the dealership he never mentioned to me that the seats were not leather. So, as car salespeople often do, they hurried me through the purchasing process and got me out the door. After discovering this today and speaking to a manager at Greenacres Nissan and explaining all of this to him, he agreed that this should've been disclosed to me, but he had no intention on fixing the problem, either. He said that I could have the seats replaced with real leather seating for around $1200 but they would not pay for it. Hmm. I then asked if they would at least go half with me on the seats. No deal there either. So, here we are. They knew the seats were not leather but NEVER mentioned it to me and sold the car to me anyway. Now I'm stuck with something I never wanted. And they refused to do anything about it. This is something you should never expect from any car dealership. So, buyer beware. Ask your questions before putting pen to paper because some dealerships will do or say anything (or say nothing) to get the sale. Greenacres Nissan is one of them.

Check the reviews Do Not Buy From Here. The person we tried to buy from was a big fat scammer. If you do go here do not buy from *************************. We called all week since we live 10 hrs away from the dealership. Including twice over the phone checking what additional fees would be applied. They told us other then tax tag and title there is a 999 dealer fee we were fine with that. Except when it came time to buy the car after a plane ticket was bought a hotel room rented the night before, and got there within 15min of opening. ************************* added an additional $3,000 dollars to the vehicle price. He used the fact that we needed a vehicle to get back home to raise the price. ************************* is Evil and ****** and is one of the managers (and kind of rude). Since he is in management it make you question management as a whole at Greenacres Nissan. Look this our experience as you can see its rated 1.3 stars on here just do not go unless you want to teach your kids a ****** on greedy people.

We are disappointed to read your review, mostly that it included unnecessary body shaming remarks, and personal insults about one of our team members. The BBB is a professional platform, the very fact that you were so crude on a public platform paints a clear picture to everyone reading  your review, who in fact you are, not who we are. Thank you for your business, we hope you are enjoying your vehicle.

I wish I would have read the reviews of this CRAPPY DEALERSHIP before putting my foot at the door.THIS DEALER SOLD ME THE WRONG CAR!!!!!!!! I specifically told them what I was looking for and they assured me the car they showed me had all the specifics I was looking for.Well, I went ahead purchased the car, just to find out when I got home that the feature I wanted were not on the vehicle. Basically, the salesman made a mistake and gave the wrong car.I went to the dealer they promised they would do something for me. Promised to call me , they never did and they don't return my calls.Once I got in touch with the salesman he told me was nothing he can do about it.Be aware don't trust this place!!!!!!!!!!, they have so many cars, they don't even they what they have. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau!!!!They throw the red carpet when you get there and once, they sell you the car, they don't care about the costumer. SHAME ON YOU GREEN ACRESS NISSAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are sorry that you were disappointed with your purchase. It is customary to test drive the vehicle prior to purchasing and during your test drive, the sales person did go over the features of the vehicle. The features are also listed on the sticker of the vehicle and available during the buying process. We apologize if you misunderstood the features of the vehicle you perched. We want you to know that we take our reviews seriously and will be using this review to train our staff in serving our future customers.

This dealership gave me the WRONG CAR. While seeing the cars on their lot, there was only 1 Jeep Wrangler (I asked). I test drove it and decided to go through with the purchase. All of the documents stated it was a 2020 ************* (at a higher price than advertised online), signed everything and went home. A couple of days later, I found out it was in fact a 2018. I had been driving around in an unregistered and uninsured car! They put me at risk of even going to jail if I had been pulled over by a cop. I let them know about it, drove 1.5hrs to the dealership (I live in a different town) and they sent me home in the same car because the ** wasnt there. Came back a couple of days later (as agreed) only for them to tell me they were about to call the cops on me because they were missing a car (the 2018) on their lot and then 6 different men treated me like I was stupid and one of them even raised his voice. ** decided not to show his face even when I requested it. Their solution was for me to take a car I did not want (the 2020) or pay them 4k more for the one I had been driving and had agreed to buy at first (also advertised at a lower price online). They treated me horribly and even tried to trick me with nonsense to take the car I didnt want, telling me it was the same car (they even had different engines, colors, features, and mileage). It took them hours to undo the deal, they just wanted more money or for me to take a car I did not want. We finally had the deal undone but my credit had already been affected. I asked for my down payment back and oh..surprise! They said they had no money to give me. They sent a check several days later but I could only cash it over a week after because it had some sort of restriction and the bank needed them to confirm they issued it but they refused to transfer the call to the right person. DO NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I would hive 0 stars if it was possible..

I went into this (#GreenacresNissan) dealership to purchase the 2020 Nissan Rogue advertised on the internet for $24K (see images/with VIN).  At this point, I was introduced to the thief of a sales person.  He then brought the car down (car was fully unlocked <--will cover later).  On the window was the pricing of $29K.  My daughter said "Mom this car is $29K."  I said to the thief, this is not the pricing on the internet.  Thief of a salesperson said "Oh, you want the internet price.  You have to tell me this".  Okay, I am telling you .. this is the price we want (the internet -- image attached)."  I showed him the ad.  My son said something as well, because we had just left an auto store, where there was a Ford Explorer I was interested in for $24K.  And, my Credit Union had approved me for.  Anyway, we took the car for the 'test drive".  Upon getting in the car, the thief got into the passenger side (front seat) he said, he drives in a block (i.e., like a one mile radius of the dealership) ALL NEIGHBORHOOD driving (<-- will cover later).  When we got back to the dealership, he said/asked  How many times have you dealt with a dealership.  I responded.  ALL my vehicles I have bought from a dealership.. I have even bought brand new off the showroom floor.  So, basically, I had confidence with a salesperson.  He then asked "... he wanted the deal/sale.  And if I would allow them to beat or match my credit union if I would give them the opportunity."  I agreed.  I told him (I was on the phone with my Credit Union at the time) They will finance at 10.74% if I did 72 months 9.74% if I did 62 months (paperwork attached).  While sitting there, my phone kept dinging.  I said you guys are killing my credit score, you keep running my credit.  It had gone down 14 pts at this time.  He starts giving me some Fn sales talk, about it being a newer car with less miles etc.  Then he moves me into another room (his space had been occupied) MY LIMIT OF 2k WORDS HAVE BEEN REACHED

They knew I had a Instant Cash Offer from KBB. They are trying to tell me they paid my car off (laughable--Carmax paid them for my car). Why would I have them pay my car off when I had and still have paperwork from KBB and my financial institution was waiting on this paperwork. I was led to believe they would match or beat my financial institution. Oh, I speak to the ** on May 16. He says bring the car back, I will give you a new deal. I clearly asked "how". He says, "I will pay the car off and give you a new deal." Then when I drive from MD to FL, I say I'm here, While, waiting in the parking lot, he responds to the e-mail "... I will try and get approval." I find out he ran my credit on May 15 & 17 WITHOUT my permission. Again, I have my own financing. So, I am unsure why he ran my credit on those days. I get there, and he starts repairing (shaving the rotors, mending the bumpers, repairing the door that would not lock) the car... I hear nothing about this "New Deal". Next stop....

So almost at the end of my lease I've decided to purchase my car at the residual value of 14K plus, so I figured while I was getting an oil change to get some figures, the salesman came back with a sale price of 27K and that they would not sell me the car for the residual value, I asked for a copy of this and the salesman started to fold the area with the dealer name to make me a copy, I requested the whole page and was told it was private property so I said that is so people do not see who is ripping people off, when I got upset the salesman told me he had a better offer, 24K and I requested a copy of my Lease contract which I didn't have at the moment and no one paid attention, went to someone myself and requested one and to my surprise one of the document had forged signatures. Recently I received an email from the GM and he advised I can purchase my car for the Residual value plus taxes, $300 purchase fee + 1K dealer fee but there is a catch... I cannot use my own financial institution who would give me this loan at 3%. I have been a Nissan Customer, my parents and now my brother with a 400Z...but for me never again will use this dealer or Nissan when it comes to purchase a new car.

Greenacres Nissan Not sending me documents about what dealer added features are in my car for which I was charged 3K more than MSRP of car. This is simple email with item and price associated with each. they want me to come in person as if my time don't have any value. I did go once in person after car deal when they told me to come later.

Hi we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. We never want a Customer to leave feeling this way and more importantly, we want to make the situation right. You were asked to come back due to a shortage in staff so to prevent you from sitting and waiting we asked that you came back later in the day when we were able to better serve you better.

I have been to many car dealerships but the Greenacres Nissan is one of the worst. Recently I ordered a part for my Altima, the service advisor told me that the part will here in 2 days, we can schedule already an appointment for the installation. When I got there 5 days after the part supposedly arrived the service advisor told me that he isn't sure if the part has already arrived. When he came back a few minted later he told me that the part arrived the day before I came in and the part is damage. He told me with a smile in his face that can come back next week. This is unacceptable for me. The part needed to be checked before the customer come in and not wait until I arrive to finally check. This is not the first time happen to me. The first time I needed to get a tire replaced, I have been told that the right tire has to be picked up and will be here in 2 hours. When I came back it was still the wrong tire and the service advisor told me, after more than 2 hours of waiting, that they don't have the OEM tire.
