The worst business I deal with costumer service is bad the owner is arrogant person I take my boat to get fix there and 2 months later I had to to take it out there bc it wasn't fix at all and worst I left with a different issue them what I take it there to beginning with and overpriced on everything what a bunch of jokes the staff there

Mr ********* boat was brought to remove and replace throttle and shift cables and control box and replace hub on prop however application moved into different direction which ended up being more due to condition of wiring. Mr ********* is correct on one aspect the boat was here for 2 months due to parts being on back order which is out of our hands. Once parts were finally here was able to begin removing dual station control to convert single station. Had to have plate made to cover hole from existing control box. As we began tracing his spaghetti wires going from the boat wired for 2 motors to one we found many cut wires twisted together no caps no butt connectors no electrical tape a extension cord running something- no power to key switch or harness. As we were working on fixing issue the customer Balsa ********* came and demanded for us to stop that he was taking boat. we then at that time stopped all diagnosing and he took boat. The boat suffers from lack of maintenance. All electrical connections on motor and batteries were found rusted and a lot of electrolysis.

Yes I decided to take the boat out of there bc to they said it have an electric issue wish was not true bc my boat started right up as soon I got home with it That was just an excuse to charged me more money and to take more time so that was not acceptable and the issues that supposed to be fix by them is not fix at all my throttle control still not working and I had it to paid for that work and is not even work I try to contact them about that and all I got from them we will call u back and I haven't heard from them is like I said before so unprofessionals
