  Its a racket and these people are crooks. Our car was hit by an unlicensed and uninsured driver. *** unfortunately called this sketchy company (why?). They charged a towing fee, a recovery fee, an administration fee and the car saying they would sell it the following month. Had to pay $750 the car from being stolen by these mofos. Its a shame they profit from preying on people.

  This is rather funny because the county regulates the rates that we charge as per state statutes. Because someone does not like the rates does not mean we are crooks. I love people that are clueless to the fact of what it cost to operate our business. To tow your vehicle from the scene of an accident is not free or cheap for us. We must pay for the truck, the equipment on the truck, the fuel, the insurance, the maintenance, THE DRIVER, the dispatcher that sends the driver to the call, the dispatcher that answers the phone on average of 3 times per car we tow in, then as per Florida Law we have to have someone run the dmv check on that vehicle and send notices to the owner(s), lien holders, insurance companies, and other parties listed on the title. We then have to hold the vehicle for 36 to 60 days depending on the year of the car. Then we have to auction it off. SO DO NOT SAY IT IS A RACKET!!! DO NOT CALL US CROOKS AND DO NOT ACCUSE ME OF STEALING YOUR CAR. THE ***** IS TRULY ON YOU FOR LEAVING YOUR CAR AT MY LOT FOR 18 DAYS. So maybe you owe me an apology for the inflammatory slanderous comments you have left here.... And to think I even discounted your bill for you. Had I read this I would not have discounted it.

  I was in the process of working on my car in my own driveway and had to remove the tag because someone stole the bolts that hold it to the car so I went to the auto parts store and when I got back my car was gone. Said they towed it because it doesn't have a tag but the tag is in the trunk of the car. They are definitely doing it just to s**** people over and I would never use there services for anything. Worst company in *********** and surrounding areas!!!!

  Best Company you meant to say.... We did our job for the property management that does not allow cars to sit on their property with expired tags or no tags. This is stated in your lease!!! A tag in the trunk is not where it goes. Funnier thing is you all told us you canceled the registration with the *** because you were selling the car. So not on us that you messed up... To bad we can't leave bad reviews for you....

  This company is one of the nastiest company. Both the old low life woman and the owner is rude. Both individuals hung up the phone on me. Never use this company!!!!! My son's scooter was stolen from campus and when the police department recovered the scooter, we decided to have it towed. The company was told to tow my son's scooter to his apt and M*** took the scooter to their lot. Then they charged all of these large amounts of fees and when I inquired about the fees I was told by the woman behind the desk that she is not going to explain anything to me and hung up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY STOLE MY SON SCOOTER AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR IT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LOW LIFE FORMER DRUG USERS.

  This guy is full of a lot of you know what. We are so lucky for body cam footage that caught this guy in multiple lies to our company and the police department. And he tried to intimidate the office lady with him being with the ****************************. And ordering us and telling us what to do. First it was not his scooter it was his sons. Legally he has zero authority to tell us what to do with it. So we cannot tow it for free to where every he tells us too. The owner must authorize and pay for the tow. The owner was not present so the scooter goes to our impound until he releases it and pays the bill. This is standard procedure. Then we send certified notice of the tow and charges with location to pick it up. The Daddy got the letter and decided to call about the scooter almost three weeks later. Why wait so long? Maybe communication issue between Daddy and Son. Daddy did not like what the procedures are for towing and storage and decided to act like a bully trying to get his way. As we told him and then the police department told him, ******* Towing did their job properly as the law requires. Also all charges were proper. So this Bully who tried to throw his ties with the **************************** around was completely in the wrong. And to state that we stole this scooter that was ordered to be towed by the police department is inflammatory!!! And to make the comments he has made about low life, former drug users demonstrates his character. And at the end of the day there is a lien on his sons license for the money he owes me.

  Illegally towed my vehicle, even my complex that hired these people said they were being predatory. Family owned buisness by a horribly rude man and an equally rude snarky wife. Despite proof of predatory and illegal tow, they were only able to give me a "discount" on the tow, despite my mentioned disability. Additionally, pickup for my vehicle was met with the same horrible rudeness, and was delayed exponentially due to the woman at the front desk pointedly helping-and heavily conversing with-the family behind me, while she got their car out first, after I had already paid. Horrible company, horrible staff and boss, and horrific unpaved and pot hole filled property. DO NOT PARTNER WITH !!!
