    To**y my property manager called me at work at 11:12am I was at work and couldn’t immediately respond. She sent an email telling me they were working on someone else’s ac but wanted to get into my apartment and get the serial/model number on my unit. I emailed saying I wasn’t comfortable with that and would need 24hr notice per ****** ***. There’s a latch system at my apartment complex I looked on it and saw that they barely gave me five minutes to respond and didn’t wait for my consent and didn’t give adequate notice before violating my renters rights and entering my apartment at 11:22am. When I called to complain my rights were violated the property manager sighed heavily like I was annoying her and said ok have a nice **y… I have expressed before I didn’t want anyone coming in my apartment without notice and me there because last time they put my heater at 84 degrees and it was 79 degrees when I got home and my ESA dog was distressed and over heated and they could have caused her to have a heat stroke. I have contacted police and filed an information report and will contact the ** office tomorrow to see if anything else can be done. I have repeated documented proof of the problems with this management team. I don’t feel safe here or that my animals are safe here. I think I should be let out of my lease without paying early termination fees since they broke the law and trespassed in my apartment for a reason that was not an emergency.
