  They rejected me for treatment and refuse to tell me why. It took 4 months for them to get my medical documentation, which was transmitted several times electronically. The only reason they cannot say they dont have it now is because I finally just drove the hard copies over myself. They have scheduled a therapist to call me 4 times and it never happened. I asked my GP to contact them and they have completely ignored him. I cannot believe such a highly acclaimed facility is so unprofessional. I am truly at a loss. They dont seem to care about healing people. Im truly at a loss: this was my only hope to get my life back. Now I dont really want to live if it cannot get better. Im not going to live much longer if I cant get help: its been over 10 years already. I never imagined they would refuse to help me. Im not sure its medically ethical to also refuse to give explanation.

  We appreciate your feedback. It is within our policy to hold a thorough review of every applicants medical history prior to accepting a patient to screen for medical contraindications. It is unethical to accept payment and schedule a patient for treatment if we believe our therapy may not be beneficial or cause further harm to a patient.We have no control over how quickly your health records are transmitted to us from others. We speak with applicants and their physicians daily. Our therapists provide complimentary consultations before scheduling to ensure we are a good fit for each other. If they find medical contraindications on your medical history form or within your consultation, we may have to decline you as a patient with us, for your own well-being and safety.A review of your history with us shows that we asked you on many occasions to send us a completed Medical History Form (MHF), so we could determine if we could accept you into our program. Despite our requests, you routinely failed to send that to us. Thus, we had no way of knowing whether you were a good candidate for our therapy, or not. During and after that time, documentation shows that you had several long telephone conversations with our therapists. Once you finally completed and submitted the ***, we reviewed it. Our standard response time for all applicant charts is three business days. This gives us time to deeply study and understand your history and goals.When we found concerns in your MHF, we asked you for copies of some of your medical records. We received some, but not all that we requested; we explained several times that we needed these to accept or deny you. When you finally brought records in, they confirmed our concerns. Unfortunately, you have conditions that are contraindicated for our therapy. We responded quickly, as we did at every stage of your application.We want to help, not hurt clients. While we would have loved to help you, we regret we could not accept you as a patient; ethically, we will not accept anyone whose condition might be worsened by therapy.We wish you well in your journey.

  My time as a patient at Clear Passage was phenomenal. The unique skill set of the providers, and the compassionate care I received was an immense blessing. As someone who has suffered with chronic pain issues for years, I can personally testify to being helped by the physical therapists I worked with during my week of treatment. They listened carefully to my history, they dealt gently and carefully with me, and they treated me with the utmost dignity as their patient. I experienced physical improvements that week including reduced pain and better mobility. Joyously, I have also continued to have long-lasting relief months after as a result of their home, self-care education they gave me personally tailored to my challenges. I can't recommend the team at Clear Passage enough. This unique hands-on therapy that delivers results without surgery or medication, is something everyone should know about!

  Thank you so much for your review! Describing your experience with us as "phenomenal" is touching. While it's something we hear often, we never tire of hearing it.You are right. We first delve deeply into each patient's past, and tie early events to their present complaints. During our Initial Evaluation, we codify a plan based on our sense of finding the CAUSE of the problem preventing each patient from reaching her/his goal. As we learn more each session, we modify the plan to unravel and correct more and more of the problem. We spend virtually every minute of every session focused directly on YOU, with the goal of returning to you the body you once had, the health and pain-free function you envision.We were especially touched to read that your results have lasted long-term. Once adhesions are dissolved or detached, there is no reason for them to re-form. In a real sense, we feel that we are taking each patient's body back to a prior state of pain-free function. Than k you again for your kind review and for trusting your body to our care. It was a pleasure working with you, and it's great to read of your 'phenomenal' results!

  I have been trying to start a family for several years. I suffered a miscarriage in 2021 and was struggling to figure out what I could do to achieve my goal. One factor was my husband's male fertility issues but also, I was diagnosed with PCOS and a Blocked Fallopian tube. So, I researched online to figure out how I could help my body to fix these issues that were affecting my ability to conceive naturally. I came across Clear Passage and looked at their testimony's and their proven results which gave me so much hope. So, I submitted an application for review, and I was accepted as a candidate. I was so pleased with my experience in ******** **********. ******* was one of the most kind, caring, knowledgeable therapist I've ever met. Her ability to explain how the body system works together was eye opening, I would recommend anyone suffering with any fertility or any other issues to really consider Clear Passage to help your overall health. I am beyond thankful, and I truly feel more hopeful about my journey to expand my family is made possible now.   My husband had his first small bowel obstruction in June of 2022 and it was a harrowing experience for him, necessitating surgery to unblock it. We were very grateful to find Clear Passage and decided to invest in the treatment. Since it is a huge financial investment, we researched and chose one of Clear Passage's most experienced and committed physical therapists to work with, ***************************, in *********. We were NOT disappointed. We also learned that she is their Chief Operating Officer, and wow, were we grateful to have chosen her to work with.****** works with an excellent massage therapist, *****************, and between the two of them we witnessed incredible shifts!I am a retired family therapist/psychotherapist and registered nurse, and I was enthralled and impressed to attend and witness each session. ****** and *****'s deep knowledge and understanding of physiology, ability to tune into the body, adept capacity to work with emotions that arose in the treatment, and wisdom about what to do next was absolutely amazing and intriguing. The Clear Passage protocols are sequential and specific. We were both VERY impressed with the process and the results!My husband's belly is now soft and pliable. It was tight and lumpy when we arrived. A pain that he had in his lower back for many years is now resolved. He has specific self-exercises that he does daily and we both now know how to manage any recurrent obstructions should any recur, which I now strongly doubt will happen.
