    I ordered a heated vest and battery from dailydealswire.com on 11/24/23. After tracking didn't show any movement for 2 weeks and many calls, I requested they cancel my order and refund my $89.97 charged on 11/25/23. They **ntinued to say they **uldn't credit it while it was in shipment. It actually shipped on 12/21/23. It did not arrive until 1/2/24 and was returned to PO, unopened, to 'return to sender' on 1/3/24. The sender received it back on 1/9/24 at 1:50.In the meantime when they wouldn't credit my card I opened a 'dispute' with my credit card *** and received a provisional credit while they investigated. I received an emaiL on 1/4/24 from **************:Hello, Thank you for reaching out to our Customer Support team. We sincerely apologize for the in**nvenience caused by the item shipped. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are **mmitted to resolving this issue promptly.In order to process the refund smoothly, we kindly request that you drop the dispute with your credit card **mpany. This will ensure that any claims filed against our **mpany are removed, and the refund process can be **mpleted seamlessly. To assist you further and **ordinate this process effectively, we kindly ask you to call our Customer Support Representative at our toll-free number. Our representative will guide you through the necessary steps and ensure that the refund is processed promptly.Thank you for your understanding and **operation throughout this process." On 1/18/24 I sent another email: The dispute against your **mpany has now been closed as of 1/11/24. My credit card ** has reversed the credit they gave me and now I would like you to credit my credit card for the $89.97 charged on 11/25/23. Later on 1/18/24, I got through and was told my 'ac**unt has been blocked' and no credit can be applied and nothing can be done so I am out $89.97. After reading many similar reviews, this **mpany is a total scam in my opinion. I had to leave 1 star.************
